March 4, 2021Property is not well kept. Trash people pick up the trash when they want to and leave trash on the stairs and don't come back to clean it up. Ants are horrible during the Spring and Summer. There are alot of trees and they come in from the trees hanging over the apartment. Management doesn't care at all. I went to report raccoons trying to enter the apartment through the roof because you can hear them in the middle of the night and they have done nothing about it. They never gave me my deposit
February 3, 2020When i left, they said email the address of where you’ll be living and that they would mail the deposit, I left my apartment in top notch condition and paid all rent, not only did they never send me my deposit, they never responded to any of my emails! January 21, 2020I never write reviews but I am writing this hoping I can help someone who may be looking into moving into this community. DO NOT MOVE HERE. It is a nightmare living here. The apartment buildings are disgusting, trash and dirt everywhere, no parking available ANYWHERE. Cars park in the middle of the streets at all hours of the day and front office does not do anything in regards to it. Cars park in handicap spots without permit. The “amenities” such as gym, pool etc are not kept up, disgusting ...would be an understatement for the conditions of pool and surrounding area. There is no one available at the front office, the advertise “open” but no one is there during business hours. You cannot call and speak to anyone, you have to send an email with your inquiry and cross your fingers they answer. Customer service is not something you will find here. “Staff” is extremely unprofessional and rude. And that is assuming the answer your emails. I have rented and owned properties for many years throughout Florida and have never in my life come across the problems I have had here. The best decision I ever made was to break my lease, pay the penalties to get out of this place. If you are considering living at this condominium, I cannot stress look elsewhere. Do not move here
September 23, 2019The absolute worst place I have ever lived. Do not move into this disgusting place. Moved in with flies and ants already settled in, broken and rusted blinds, dirty walls and cabinets. Hot tub has been broken, gym is dirty with outdated equipment. Sketchy & NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
August 14, 2019I am a realtor, my out of state purchased a condo in there in Feb. It came with a detached garage that was separately being managed by their management company, that had the access remote. The HOA & mangement company NEVER answer the phone. If I wait at the office, no one shows up. When I email them BOTH, they blame each other and we still have not been given access so we will have the expense of bring in a locksmith, even though they have a master key remote.
