From the professionalism and responsiveness of Ericka in the leasing department and Monika in management, to the ...outstanding work of the maintenance team, Brandon and Yani, every experience has been positive. Their prompt service and genuine care for residents have made a lasting impression. Equally important is a safe, quiet, and well-maintained environment and this planned community has it all. Kaiser Park is truly a family and pet-friendly community. On any given day, you can see neighbors walking their dogs and children enjoying the playground and or the pool. I have been a resident here for quite some time, and while I could wax poetic about our fantastic maintenance staff, today was a little more personal. Monika is always very helpful and informative and today was no different. She is professional in every sense of the word, but she also brings knowledge and warmth to her conversations. She asks about family and remembers that they are in ...college or recently married. She offers information in a "just in case you didn't know" format, and makes sure you understand what is being discussed without being condescending. In my experiences, often times that's rare. Monika is all about the business but you leave her office feeling like that was the most pleasant interaction you've had in a long time. Kudos to Kaiser for finding and hiring that rare gem. I relocated from New York and I have to say, I’ve visited a few location and Kaiser Park was by far the most professional, warm and welcoming. Kaiser Park is more of a planned community feel and if you are looking for a place that is safe for your family, your fur baby or yourself I would say this is the place. The apartments are nice and spacious with quality appliances, the maintenance and management team are professional, kind and courteous and the ...grounds are kept clean and you barely hear your neighbors. My gripes are few: the tiny bags of dog poo scattered in front of the building and specifically under the mailboxes, their snow removal wasnt quite adequate, and despite people coming out to clean my air duct, the vent above my couch in the living room STILL PUSHES COLD AIR down on is. I don't even know if it's something that CAN be fixed. I came prepared with about 15 questions, and she took the time to answer every single one thoroughly. Since that visit, I’ve reached out to her several times, and each time, she has been incredibly patient, polite, and ...helpful.
