Very responsive and effective maintenance
March 6, 2025I just had work done on two plumbing issues by Yoni, one of the maintenance workers here. He was very professional, polite, and efficient, and I want to commend him by name. Once the problems were fixed, he explained what he'd done, so I could be on the lookout for any issues later. Reporting issues is easy as well. There is an app that you can send requests through (including a description and pictures). I've been here for two years and maintenance always responds within 24 hours.Property Manager Responded

Amazing Management and Property
March 5, 2025Kaiser Park has been one of the places to rent! The apartments are spacious and there's a ton of privacy. Maintenance is quick and friendly. Location is amazing! Close to major highways, supermarkets, and restaurants. Best of all, the property management team is superb. Alexis Nance has been incredibly understanding and helpful throughout our renewal process. She worked diligently with us to ensure that we can continue to live at Kaiser Park without any worries. Erikah Weaver was very helpful ...when we first looked and were interested in renting at Kaiser Park. She gave a very insightful tour and helped us tremendously throughout the leasing process. January 27, 2025I did a lot of research before moving to Kaiser Park and I am absolutely beyond happy that I chose to move to Kaiser Park. Our apartment home is beautiful as are the grounds. My son is close to the school I wanted him to attend. The office staff, maintenance are all effective and friendly. I have never lived in an apartment that is so very quiet. I never hear the person who lives above me. Snow and ice have been effectively treated this winter. I feel extremely safe and at home at Kaiser ...Park!Property Manager Responded
