I relocated from New York and I have to say, I’ve visited a few location and Kaiser Park was by far the most professional, warm and welcoming. Kaiser Park is more of a planned community feel and if you are looking for a place that is safe for your family, your fur baby or yourself I would say this is the place. The apartments are nice and spacious with quality appliances, the maintenance and management team are professional, kind and courteous and the ...grounds are kept clean and you barely hear your neighbors. My gripes are few: the tiny bags of dog poo scattered in front of the building and specifically under the mailboxes, their snow removal wasnt quite adequate, and despite people coming out to clean my air duct, the vent above my couch in the living room STILL PUSHES COLD AIR down on is. I don't even know if it's something that CAN be fixed. Other than that, we love the apartment and the view, the neighborhood is relatively quiet, the apartments ...are pretty sound proof so you don't hear your neighbors, and the staff is super friendly and always ready to help.Property Manager Responded
