Do NOT be fooled by some of the good reviews. I couldn’t hate this apartment complex any more than I do today. This is my 2nd year here (resigned my lease because it was during lockdown and was easier to stay than move), and I regret that decision every day.
For a very new complex, this place has gone to total crap. To make matters worse, it’s changed management 3X, and it’s gotten progressively worse each time. The new management company is disorganized and incapable of getting back to you - I
...once had to email for 2 weeks about the same issue of someone leaving their broken desk in the stairwell hallway (too lazy to actually take it to a dumpster) - and currently, the chain that raises/lowers the blinds for our sliding balcony doors has been broken for TWO MONTHS now, despite my maintenance work order AND physically visiting the office 3X now to ask about it. Taking bets on whether this will actually get fixed before I move out in September.
The residents here are so disrespectful for others... screaming in the hallways, leaving trash and dog pee on the floors in common areas without picking up, poop on the sidewalk.... bear in mind there are FREE poop bag dispensers located outside, but apparently that’s too much effort.
Save yourself the stress and look somewhere else... you will be wanting to break your lease sooner rather than later... trust me, I’m in that boat now. I’m counting down the days until I can get one of here.... which is SAD. This place is pretty new and has SO much potential and gorgeous amenities... but DANG, it’s gone downhill. Spend a little more on rent somewhere else.... it’ll be worth extra $$ to NOT live here.
