    • Worst ever Apartment in DT

      If something breaks down in the apartment it's never ever repaired. The status of maintenance staff will be always 'on the way' forever and it will never change. Manager is parttime and she never answer your calls or take any action in resolving the issues. So think twice before renting as nothing works here and it's waste of money. * There were no negative stars so had to give 1 star.

        We are very sorry to hear this. We definitely get to things right away. You are however correct, in that we had a part time manager at the time of this complaint. We have a full time manager at this stage, as well as a new maintenance company that we use. We work very hard to ensure everyone enjoys their stay with us at La Shall Apts. We wish you would have come to us in regards to these issues, as we would have been more involved had we known you were unhappy. We even had a maintenance person on site almost every day at the time of this posting. We are sorry we did not reply sooner, but we were not involved with Apartments.com on this property, so this review went unseen until now. We always work hard to ensure a positive living environment and work hard to make sure we are not berated by unhappy reviewers. If you still live with us, please make sure to call either Dawn or us in the office and we will get to everything as quickly as we can! Have a wonderful day!

        Dear previous or current tenant, We are sorry you felt this way. As you may know, we have changed our manager, and constantly utilize maintenance teams to fix issues on all of our properties. This property is no difference. We are quick to react, leaving nothing to chance. We wish you would have taken up your problems with office staff rather than posting a review on a website we did not give permission to advertise on. This creates an issue for us to quickly resolve or see any problems. We have now clearly noticed this review and wanted to immediately respond! Our tenants and their rentals are of our utmost concern. We will always try and work with our tenants on repairs, requests, etc. This is our building and your home, working together is in our best interest! Have a nice day!
