      • I Don't Recommend

        It takes a lot for me to leave a poor review. I've actually never done it with anything. However, as I sit in my 80 degree apartment with an A/C that just blows warm air that Goldmark's maintenance said was working fine, I have to. You're going to get an apartment with a good amount of space. I like that. I also like the brand new carpet in my living room and bedrooms that was put in before I moved in. That's where it kinda stops. I've put in several maintenance requests only for them to tell ...
        me everything is fine. I don't even want to talk about them for fear of outing myself. The locks of the building basically don't work. I can open them with any of my keys. They found the cheapest AC and put it in. That's what I'm most upset about. I've never rented an apartment that still has an AC that has the knob control on the AC instead of a digital temp setting. What I will say is that I've had a good experience with Goldmark's leasing office. They're very nice. It's just everything underneath that still gives them this poor reputation that even I, a glass half full kind of person, can't overlook. I would look elsewhere if I were you.

        Overall it’s a great place great area! It definitely is exactly what we were looking for. There was a hiccup with move in papers but they were quick to accommodate to what we needed! I absolutely love their motivation and will to get stuff done and help everyone to the best of their ability!

        It's quiet. But overall, the building needs carpets cleaned. Communication needs to be better. Also, fixing the issues so your tenant isn't still asking for the same things repeatedly to be fixed for a year.

        Everything works good except the hot water in the kitchen sink. I love living here. Its very quiet most of the time and everybody is really nice. And i have my own washer and dryer.
