From the moment I moved in, the managing team at Lake Forest Townhomes has treated me with respect and care. They have been totally upfront and on top of things related to cost, maintenance and any other issues that may arise.
I was overwhelmingly happy with the cost versus space ratio. For the cost of rent, you get so much space and the layout is absolutely perfect for me and my three children. It made the move from house to apartment living virtually seamless.

decent size patio off the kitchen area and a small lawn area in the front of the house. Speaking of lawn; this is one of the things that attracted me to Lake Forest Townhomes when I first inquired about the location. I was so impressed with how well-kept the area was and six months in I can still say that they do an AMAZING job with keeping this area looking cut, clean and presentable.
One fear I had with coming back to apartment living was the response rate and tone with maintenance requests. Hands down, I can say this fear has been obliterated. Whenever I've had a request for something, I have always been treated with respect and my concern has never been minimized. The management team has also been prompt with their response and if they are unable to handle the task immediately, they give me a reasonable timeframe as to when they will be able to address my request.
I can't go without also praising the maintenance/contracting team. They are fantastic! Whenever I am able to speak with one of these individuals about a maintenance request, they listen, validate my concerns and provide me with feedback that will help in the future.
I'm so appreciative and grateful to live here at Lake Forest Townhomes and to know the amazing team that manages this property. You all are fantastic and your hard work shows! Thank you!
