Hidden Paradise
April 22, 2025The property manager is so professional, knowledgeable, and kind! The maintenance staff is always on it, and if they cant fix it right there I am always updated on my work order status. The courtyard is secluded and gorgeous. Overall a great place to live!Property Manager Responded

RATS!!!
March 28, 2025BEWARE!!!! RATS!!!!! I have a relative that resides in these apartments. There is a rat problem in the complex. Droppings are all over the unit and a dead rat was in a trap that my relative set. Holes were found in the roof which were patched but the problem persists. Other residents have complained too. Other than setting traps, nothing has been done to correct the problem. DISGUSTING!!!Property Manager Responded

Lakewood village
December 17, 2024The office staff were extremely friendly and easy to work with ! I was able to meet maintenance as well and they made me feel very welcomed. It’s a really great location and I definitely enjoy the screen patios and kitchen the most. They are huge! Very happy with the move!Property Manager Responded

July 25, 2024Maintenance and the front office are so on point! They handle any concern with a sense of urgency, care, and professionalism. They truly care about their residents and their happiness at this complex unlike other complexes where you are literally just another tenant. The entire office and maintenance team are polite and you never feel like you are a bother despite how busy they are. Every request I've had has literally been taken care of within 24 hours and they communicate everything. The ...complex is always clean and well taken care of inside and out. I absolutely love the courtyard! It's clean, spacious, and feels like a getaway. Everything is always in working order and in great/brand new shape. The staff here is polite and you never feel like you are a bother despite how busy they are. The community is very quiet, safe, and very well lit regardless of which building you live in.So glad I chose to live here.Property Manager Responded

June 19, 2024My family, and I absolutely love the pool! It is honestly like a hidden Paradise with the amount of flowers and palm trees. There’s actually a lemon bush to pick lemons from.! The staff is extremely friendly. Kiana has always been so helpful and maintenance is quick to respond. We love how close we are to San Marco and being near a massive playground for the kids. WOW!
May 13, 2024It was really hard finding somewhere with washer and dryers in the apartment. Lakewood village was one of the few places I was able to find that had them! On top of that the screen patio overlooking the pool is a huge bonus! The staff and other residents are extremely friendly and I’m happy we picked to move in here.Property Manager Responded

Come and find your home!
April 9, 2024Me and my husband were looking for a place to start and after looking at different places we loved one thing about this one, and that is the pool area which is beautiful! It’s like a hidden paradise, plus the apartments are updated and look awesome, and there is Not Bugs!! After submitting the application Kiana went above and beyond so our moving process could go as smoothly as possible. They are very efficient in helping us with everything we need and the place is extremely quiet, clean and the ...neighbors are nice. AMAZING!!!!
February 26, 2024My journey started with Kiana, the manager. She truly set the tone for my experience . Friendly, helpful, responsive, professional, and VERY TIMELY. I originally had an issue with the kitchen sink, it was address promptly and the maintenance person was terrific. Grounds are kept tidy and are lush and beautiful.
