    Safety is a big concern here. We have strangers in the pool at 4 AM and random people walking around all times of night. Also, thefts has been big over the last couple months.

    Don’t stay here if unless you want the tires stolen if your cars. This happened 4 times between May and June and nothing is being done. They refuse to buy cameras or anything to show they care about tenant safety. The apartment manager does not even live here, so she doesn’t seem to have an understanding of these issues. Communication is bad and there’s nothing special about this place. I have lived here a long time and they do nothing to appreciate long term residents. They used to offer carpet ...
    cleaning once a year (if you asked for it) and they stopped doing that. My carpet hasn’t had a GOOD cleaning in 3-4 years. They used to do regular pest control-not anymore. The parking over here is terrible… you will have to park several buildings away. If I have to irk in the back of the building & it rains, forget it… it floods and your shoes will get wet. This has been an issue for YEARS and yet there’s no sidewalk… just stones and yes the stones get covered with inches of water. People have made complaints about the same issues and nothing has been done about it. The apartment has a good layout but it’s not worth it anymore.

    I’ve been living here for almost 3 years now and I plan on renewing lease as well. First, the ladies at the office are nice and very professional at all times. Love it! Also, it’s very quiet especially at night time. My kids love playing with the other children outside in my area. My kids are zoned to a great school district which is Cyfair ISD. Also, whenever I request for maintenance to fix something, my requests are solved immediately. Oh yeah when Hurricane Harvey hit, there were absolutely ...
    NO flooding due to great draining systems. I love It!

    These apartments are almost the best I've lived in. I currently have a 1 bedroom and the floor plan is great, bathroom is huge. I love a huge bathroom and bathtub. You have a bar plus dining room and not to mention the very spacious balcony. Parking is good because it's a no tow zone and no reserve parking (plenty of parking). No noise complaints, clean environment overall.

    I have lived at The Landmark at Cypress falls for 2yrs and it is a great place to live. Office is very friendly and helps u whenever needed. Apartment is reasonably priced compared to others in the area.

    I’ve been living here for a couple months now & I honestly love my huge two bedroom two bath!! The split floor plan and layout makes it feel like a house. I don’t have any complaints so far, my neighbors are sweet, the office staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance does a good job at responding rather quickly to service requests. I’ve never had any problems with parking, any time of the day or night, there is always a space near my apt. Also I was surprised at how much parking space I have ...

    We have been here going on 2 years now and we absolutely love it. First of all the apartments are very large and beautiful on the inside. Also the staff here is very helpful and nice, if you have a problem they fix it ASAP. The community itself is very clean, quiet and family friendly. There is a pool that is always clean and open year around. They gym is also open 24hrs and has a variety of work out equipment. I would definitely recommend this place as your new home.

    I have live here for 7 years and I have always love the area, management has always been good. But if ask now seems like management dosent care who they lease too as along as they make sure all unit are filled for there bonus. Kids running around in parking lot, hanging out by the mail box, writing out side on walls and no parents supervise their children

    I moved in December 2013 relocating from Indiana for my job. I came from a 2400sq.ft residence moving into an apartment. The staff and residents are very friendly. I love my apartment it is a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full baths with walk in laundry room and closets; each bedroom has two closets with plenty of storage through out the apartment.

    let me start by saying this...If more than 3 people have complained about the same thing, then please know that it is true. The parking over here is terrible, unless u ride a bicycle, then you dont have to worry, but come home anytime after 9pm, you will not see a parking next to your apartment. you will have to park 3 or more buildings away from you and then walk. In addition to that, this is how you know an apartment management that values her tenants, people have made complains about the same ...
    issue and nothing is been done about it, but to only give excuses for every comment on parking. The apartment is good for the price you pay, nice and quiet area but maintenance is a little off, stair cases are dusty with leaves all over. The only thing they maintain is the lawn and when you call them to call to your apartment to fix something....But again I will advice anyone looking to take this place to come by and visit quietly around 8/9pm ( you can tail gate in) and see how horrible parking is over here
