I have been at the Mediterranean since 2001 and still reside there: That is how much I enjoy living in this beautiful complex. Between the lovely landscaping, the little water creeks that surround the property and the awesome management, I can't think of any other complex that offers the same. This place is like an oasis to me. The Mediterranean is the only complex in the neighborhood, which also adds the appeal of not having to be in close proximity to other complexes. We are a part of the
...neighborhood and surrounding homes. The Laurel Creek Park is a great area to take walks, watch youth and adult baseball games and unwind.
Having a front and back porch is another plus to add to my list of great highlights. They are private and spacious. I also enjoy having a wood-burning fireplace. In the winter, there is nothing better than having the fireplace lit. It creates such a warm and cozy living room experience.
As for the management, they have been nothing but accommodating and extremely gracious. I am thankful to the current management, Ashley and Teresa for all that they do in maintaining this wonderful site. They are professionals and caring. The same goes for Eduardo. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all he does.
