Do not move here. This place is infested with roaches. Everything we owned had to be placed in the trash or storage, because of the roaches. We have spent hundreds of dollars trying to get rid of these roaches.
We moved into a beautiful 2 story houses, we bought brand new furniture and only took our clothes and guess what? We are still finding roaches!
So, even if u move, especially if you take all of your stuff with you.. you will have another roach infestation. We are wondering if we can
...take legal action, because the move has cost us thousands of dollars.
Aside from the roaches, this place is ghetto.
Loud music, people smoking pot around there toddlers, arguments/ domestic violence, so many kids unattended 3 years old and up running around in the streets and parking lot, pets are allowed and that's nice, but the grass is covered in poop, bags are provided but rarely kept stocked and the kids pull them out, if you need something fixed, forget about it.. you may think ( that's not a big deal) but imagine ur ac going out in the summer or broken fridge.
When someone moves out your what ok let complex smells of roach poison, it's a horrible chemical smell and I called about it once and the front desk clerk was so rude to me she said " well, you live in an apartment your vents are connected, what do u expect?!"
I mean, no apology or we'll check it out.
Dont let the upgraded apartment fool you, its nicer, but it will still be covered in roaches.
