January 28, 2026I haven't seen one roach in my apartment and any problem that occurs management does well with trying to resolve the issue. My 3 years of stay i have seen all sorts of upgrades and upkeep and I think it will continue. Neighbors are friendly and its a family environment ; only a few things needs to be addressed but I think all apartments has some type of issue. April 16, 2019Do not move here. This place is infested with roaches. Everything we owned had to be placed in the trash or storage, because of the roaches. We have spent hundreds of dollars trying to get rid of these roaches. We moved into a beautiful 2 story houses, we bought brand new furniture and only took our clothes and guess what? We are still finding roaches! So, even if u move, especially if you take all of your stuff with you.. you will have another roach infestation. We are wondering if we can ...take legal action, because the move has cost us thousands of dollars. Aside from the roaches, this place is ghetto. Loud music, people smoking pot around there toddlers, arguments/ domestic violence, so many kids unattended 3 years old and up running around in the streets and parking lot, pets are allowed and that's nice, but the grass is covered in poop, bags are provided but rarely kept stocked and the kids pull them out, if you need something fixed, forget about it.. you may think ( that's not a big deal) but imagine ur ac going out in the summer or broken fridge. When someone moves out your what ok let complex smells of roach poison, it's a horrible chemical smell and I called about it once and the front desk clerk was so rude to me she said " well, you live in an apartment your vents are connected, what do u expect?!" I mean, no apology or we'll check it out. Dont let the upgraded apartment fool you, its nicer, but it will still be covered in roaches.Property Manager Responded

Raised rent by 300 in 1 year.
November 6, 2018Next years rent went up by $300.00 after our lease was up.... they add fees like trash,water,sewer and must have homer owners insurance... the parking is horrible gol finding parking near your appartment.Property Manager Responded

October 7, 2018These apartments are the worst. Cars get broken into every week, gate is always broken, cockroaches in the apartment, everything in the apartment is broken, management is horrible and rude. People smoking everywhere, thugs out at night. We've lived here for 6 years and all the other apartments are getting upgrades while we have old outdated appliances. They do not care about their renters at all. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE. I put up with so much here, and im finally moving and happy to leave these ...nasty apartments.Property Manager Responded

Too expensive
August 14, 2018I’ve been here for 5 years. Every year the rent goes up. Water is shut off without warning for many hours many times. Security gates don’t work there is vandalism my neighbor got his tools stolen from his patio and my car got parts stolen. No assigned parking. Laundry facility is dirty and clothes come out with more dirt. It is also very expensive to do laundry. Not worth it. Looking to move soon.Property Manager Responded
