They never get the mice or bedbugs under control, and to top it off, they expect you to pay for any treatment after the initial fumigation they provide. Roaches out of control and everything is always breaking.
December 6, 2022 - Reseña de Apartments.comI have been living here less than a year and I am disgusted to have my child living in such a place. I cannot wait for my lease to end. It doesn't matter how clean you keep your home or how many roach killing products you use, they are everywhere and in everything. On top of the bug issue everything is always breaking. There have been water leaks from the apartment upstairs, outlets that don't work, dishwasher and garbage disposal that never truly worked, the buildings washers and dryers (that ...you have to pay to use) always rip up my clothes, fridge won't seal so the bugs get into my fridge, breaker always trips just for starting my microwave, toilet backs up all the time, the list just goes on and on. Oh, and they recently removed all the handicap parking spots, so good luck finding a close parking spot if you are disabled. There are fights going on in the middle of the street all summer on the weekends due to groups of people sitting outside drinking, and I have seen drugs being used in public areas multiple times. The office staff here are lacking as well, I don't think anyone in the office has a idea what they are doing or just don't care. Now I am seeing that the rent for this income based housing is now just just a little less than what a regular apartment community nearby has and those apartments have a patio, granite, laminate floors, washers and dryers in each unit, better community amenities and way better reviews. My building all is family and they are very friendly last year now some move out but never vacant young people move in all help each other if they see you need help example carrying heavy things. All families all the building around me I can tell because in the morning you see kids going to school. The management are great staff. Each one of them are great helpful and kind staff. You see a lot ...different this New Management. Special Thanks to propert Manager Maggie. Maggie is the best. always helpful and a good Manager. I am so happy Maggie is proper Management. Very peaceful area and close to every where. Thank you Maggie and her staff from the office to mentains for managing and provided us safe enviroment no matter how the weather is always clean side walk and inside building. MS13 Territory
January 31, 2018 - Reseña de Apartments.comThe first night I moved in I learned that the gangs use the laundry room on the second floor to sell drugs out of. That first month they were spraying for roaches and bed bugs, you basically have to put everything you own in the middle of the floor. I have now done that 8 times in the past six months. I had three power outlets not working and a towel rack pulling out of the wall. I had to make at least 12 maintenance requests before anybody came out. Several of the times I made requests I asked ...if they had any record of other requests I had made, which they did not. There are still 2 power outlets that don’t work, I just gave up trying to get them out here. Next I had a broken garbage disposal, I made numerous requests and they finally fixed it after about a month. The apartment smelled like rotting food the entire time. Third issue was at first a small hole in the tub, this turned into at least 5 large holes, eventually they got somebody out to fix it but I had to take off work to wait for him because apparently the office didn’t have a key to my apartment. Today I had the wheel stolen off my new car, the police officer who was dispatched informed me this is MS13 Territory and a man had his hands cut off with a machete in the parking lot. So I asked the office what I had to do to get out of my lease and they told me give 60 days notice and pay two extra months rent.Leer MásProperty Manager Responded

Due to the size of our community and how easily pests tend to move around and live in apartments communities; we take every precaution to minimize any infestation by doing preventative maintenance. Unfortunately, in some cases, the preparation can be frustrating, however, we certainly are committed to making sure every opportunity to protect your belonging and home are taken. Additionally, if you are finding that this preparation is required each visit, we ask that you set up a time to meet with our property manager so that we can determine why that is necessary in your case. Extermination is something off left out at other communities by management companies. We are proud of our commitment to our community and residents and for providing this service. Maintenance requests should never take that long, and in your case, we clearly failed in providing you with an ...outstanding product and exceptional customer service; two things we strive to do every time. For anything outstanding, please contact our management office, speaking only with the Property Manager so we can rectify any currently outstanding items. We will meet with our team to determine how we can do better in the future, and while we know we can’t get a “re-do” in your case, should you ever need us for maintenance work again, we hope your experience is significantly improved upon. Security concerns are something that we don’t take lightly. Crime has no address, something that rings true across the country. We are sorry that your car had a wheel stolen; theft at that level is something that we can’t understand and that seems to happen in areas where many cars are parked; including shopping centers and event locations. We are, however, genuinely surprised by the statement from the police and will be reaching out to discuss the inappropriate and inaccurate nature of that statement. Stories and details change when told, and we have no knowledge of any such criminal act on or near our community. A number of our team members live on-site, or in the surrounding area, and are constantly our eyes and ears. We would also like to note that all residents are held to the same standards, including a criminal background check, before moving in a given access to common areas. We encourage all residents to contact us or the local authorities, when necessary, should you have any concerns. To all above points, we would very much appreciate the opportunity to discuss; some urgency is necessary. October 8, 2015 - Reseña de Apartments.comThe office offers great customer service!! Other complexes did not help us and i greatly appreciate Fields of Leesburg for doing so. The apartment is cozy and not too many stairs. Slightly thin walls, decent neighborhood, the heater and a/c can be late to be activated when certain seasons come and we are in need for warmth/air condition. But all in all, very affordable place, bugs can get inside every so often but the apartment offers bug inspection and sprays once every month for free.
