    They will lie to you to get you in the door stating they have excellent internet through Xfinity. I work from home and found out the hard way, the internet is complete garbage. It will cut out continuously day and night for extended periods of time. Xfinity states they can not fix this as this is due to the internal wiring in the buildings being completely out dated. The porperty owner needs to replace the wiring but is dragging thier feet on doing so. What does the office suggest? Use ...

    Located in a beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood. I love my apartment which affords great privacy and offers an outstanding view of the street. Ideal location close proximity to Dulles, mall, shopping centers and excellent restaurants . Staff extremely professional and competent. Always willing to go above and beyond in generating help for their clients.Very professional team. Great place with friendly neighbors and cute pets.

  • Great Place to call Home

    I’ve been a resident at Lerner Parc for close to 4 months and I absolutely love it. The office staff are very friendly and supportive. The maintenance crew absolutely amazing!! I’ve had to put in two requests which were completed same day on each ocassion.

  • Worst Management ever

    this is by far the worst apartment complex i’ve ever lived in. lived in many different and this is easily the worst. from having a a/c problem all summer where my unit was set to 70 and it was 90 in my unit, with them stating you can only achieve a 10degree difference from the outside temperature. Not to mention the electric bill being $500/month for a 2 bed apartment and they say it’s normal. To a hottub that’s been broken since 2019 saying they’ll have it fix but never have. broken appliances ...
    that are never fixed correctly. Outrageous random charges. And never live below another tenant because if they’re loud, even to the point it knocks the fire alarm off the top of the ceiling, they’ll say welcome to apartment living sorry about your bad luck. Manager is a complete incompetent has no clue how to treat his tenants. Stay far from this company

  • The Worst! Deserve Negative Ratings.

    Due to previous jobs transfers, I've moved to and from several apartment complexes. My expectations were set high with previous complexes. Other complexes resolved maintenance issues rapidly, within 24 hours, and calls were returned if maintenance issues could not be resolved within their 24-hour time frame. This maintenance staff falls short and a disappointment . My maintenance requests at this complex have taken anywhere between 1 week to nearly 2 months to resolve. Upon moving in, I ...
    annotated items/areas in the apartment that needed attention (dirty and dingy carpet, dirty blinds, dirty stoves, etc....). It only makes sense that when a new tenant is due to occupy an apartment, the cheap 1-inch, $3.50 blinds should be replaced for the new tenant. The blinds were never cleaned or replaced after the previous tenant moved out, and I was forced to clean the blinds. The carpet was also dingy and dirty...dark brown spots near the kitchen and entry way. The apartment had a foul odor to it...took nearly two weeks to deodorize. I initiated a maintenance request to address the carpet stains. Ultimately, I've had to go buy carpet cleaner and scrub most the stains out myself. I've made two separate pest control requests to eliminate the insect and bug issue in the apartment. I've set out glue boards throughout every corner of the apartment as well as near the entry...within days the glue boards captured spiders, centipedes, and all other sorts of insects and bugs. I’ve gone through 15-20 packages of insect glue boards. One afternoon I walked into my apartment to find the refrigerator had been moved from the kitchen to the living room carper. The person who moved the refrigerator didn't to check the outlet where he re-plugged the refrigerator. The outlet doesn't work, so some of the food had to be tossed. To top it off, the person who moved the refrigerator from the kitchen to the living room carpet didn't bother or care to place cardboard, plastic under the refrigerator when it was dragged onto the living room carpet. The gunk that was under the refrigerator was now on my carpet. I called the number for maintenance to request it be moved back to the kitchen. It took nearly two days to move the refrigerator back to the kitchen. I'm frustrated and disgusted with this apartment.

  • AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    Don't live here if you want to be comfortable. You won't ever be. Absolutely terrible. The temperature regulation of the apartments are HORRIBLE. EVEN with EVERY window open and fan on full blast, my apartment was over 80 degrees during the winter despite it being 30 outside. The floors are HOT and you can feel the heat in them. Whatever heating system they have does nothing but set you on fire during the winter time when other units run theirs, and guess what, you will have no AC. You'll call ...
    the front office and call maintenance and they will give you the run around. They will just "submit a maintenance request" and then mark it as fixed in a few days when it never is. On top of that, it's noisy and sound travels. You can clearly hear your neighbors TV, especially in the bathroom. For the price you are paying, it's not worth it at all. It may look nice on the outside, but that is just to distract you from the terrible experience you will incur once you sign the lease. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

    I have a 2b/2ba with a loft. We love the loft space, which we use as a home office. One great feature about these apts are the closets, what else can a girl ask for...Huge walk in Closets to accommodate all my shoes and cloths, sure there is another closet for my husband, but let's just say its big enough to still share with my extra things. The only thing that will make it ideal would have been a balcony, which unfortunately the apt I have did not have that option. Yet the common areas around ...
    the community are pretty decent to stroll through or have a BBQ with friends if you want. it's is right across Dulles town enter mall, always a plus. The laundry in the apts are full size, decent appliances. Overall Parc Dulles is a great apartment complex for singles, those starting families like us.

    We moved in to the Parc Dulles in July 2013, and were impressed by the amenities described to us. We were unable to do a walk through of our apartment because it was still under rent and instead taken through a handicap unit in order to get a general feel of the apt. End of June, I contacted the complex to ask if I could see our future apartment because of several differences between the handicap unit and "ours".. I was told no.. 1st not their policy to do tours when the apartment isn't ready, & ...
    2nd the apartment wouldn't be ready till the day of our lease signing. We signed our lease, given a form to complete about the condition of the apartment, and sent on our way to our new home. Broken shower head, broken toilet handle, broken blinds, trash and broken glass in dishwasher, broken shelf and drawer in the fridge, visible evidence of water damage in nearly every cabinet and big water stain on carpet #was never disclosed to us#, gas stove leaking when trying to light it #not your normal gas ignition#, dent/scrape in paint large enough to be seen in an entirely different room, stained carpets which appeared to have just been vacuumed before we walked up as they printed our keys #which were wrong the first time#, and missing and un-working smoke detectors. This was all on Day 1. And then..in to our third day our fridge began to leak, and we submitted yet another maintenance request. We had just gone grocery shopping for a couple items the day before and left a note stating we had over-stocked the freezer and blocked the vent in the back. Next day it leaked even more than before. Another service request.. came to fix it but still broken.. another service request and complaint to the head of maintenance.. came to fix it but still broken.. finally we have to demand a “new” fridge. Ongoing issues that have never been resolved.. 1st# the random and unexplained beeping of our smoke detector #which is awesome at 3 and 4 am# although it has been "fixed" by the maintenance staff at least 5 different times.. 2# the pool cues are always broken, missing keyboards in the business room, the theater is taken over nightly by a gang of teenagers and a simple single piece of paper, and the cords are barely work - I'm not helpless and it took me over an hour to untangle and sort out all the working and shredded cords for the t.v. and sound system.. I'd like my amenity fee back. In August/September they installed these high voltage bulbs, reportedly due to complaints by some tenets that it was too dark in parts of the complex while they are walking their dogs.. two of the street lamps are directly outside and at eye level of our apartment windows.. particularly the bedroom. I think you can see where I am going with this. Two points: 1) why would you install it directly outside of someone's window #BTW, their blinds did nothing to block the light, and there was no way for us to hang curtains to block it out#; 2) before installing super bright white lights, how about fixing the previously broken ones and replacing the burnt out bulbs all over the complex. In October a new property manager was put in place.. I'm assuming it due to various complaints by tenets. I also had a slip when it came to our rent.. family emergency, were out of town and then I remembered "I forgot the rent?!?!" I go to the office with apologizes and explanation. Each person, including the new manager, asked me "Have you ever been late before?". "No, never", and am told too bad you need to pay us an additional $300. There's nothing that can be done? "Only the corporate office can waive the penalty fee." Well can we call them? "Sorry we can't help you." So I call Lerner Corporation, finally speak with the director for Parc Dulles who has no knowledge of the issue and apologizes profusely for the mis-handling by her staff.. "of course, we offer a one-time forgiveness”. When I go to pay my rent, one of the ‘very helpful’ agents tries to take credit for resolving the issue with the corporate office on my behalf. To which I end with one last piece.. I reviewed our lease to see that we need to give notice that we plan to vacate by June 1st #60 days#. This is not uncommon to me or my fiancé as we have both lived in various apartment complexes throughout the Sterling, Herndon, and Reston areas. Both of our experiences as well include getting an "offer letter" from the complex about one month prior to your decision needing to be submitted. So I go to the office to ask about the status of the letter as I drop off my rent check.. I'm told the letters are ready and should be sent this week..nothing.. I go back again, and treated as if I'm in the wrong for even asking. I'm told it is unreasonable to expect that I would receive an offer letter with in the first two weeks of the month in order to fully assess my decision to stay. I'm told it really doesn't matter what happened before the month of October because she #the property manager# wasn't there then..I'm challenged to recall the name of the individual I spoke with concerning fixing our fan during "her watch", but still no apology for it not being handled in the first place...I'm told about her 20 plus years of property management experience, to which customer service and building relationships with your tenets I believe should be some as she herself has not followed through on one thing she told me she would do..
