this is worst place to live in, just because they have everything included is the only reason why i stayed and why most people stay and take the bad customer service, and i feel because they have a waiting list to get into their property, they have a certain attitude, which comes off as "if you don't like it here, you can leave because we will fill it up immediately", the property manager has the worst attitude with a fake personality, the public relations lady Alicia who i called to talk about
...my frustrations, well she won't return your calls, then when you go online to write your issue with on the southern management corporation page, they will tell you a representative will be contacting you in 24 hours, that's also a lie. The southern management corporation's vision, and i quote "To be recognized as a role model for customer satisfaction, team member engagement, profitability and operational efficiency", well if i had a letter worst than F, i would give them that, because they have no customer service, when you have a complaint, it's like you talking to a wall, they will tell you to write it down like you are a little kid in high school. Then lets talk about their mission here at southern management corporation and i quote again "To deliver exceptional value and experiences whether living, working, playing or staying with Southern Management", i beg to defer, i haven't been here that long, my experience has been terrible.
