I've been here for several months and I can honestly say this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in and I have lived in quite a few. I generally consider myself a low maintenance resident, keeping to myself and fixing what I can instead of calling maintenance for every bump and creak, mostly because I don't like the idea of strangers in my living space with their shoes on. With that being said, when I moved in, there was damage to the patio door and blinds and when I alerted the
...office, they fixed it within 24 hours.
The amenities that are included in the apartments are absolutely worth the price. Obviously, this is an apartment complex so you will hear your neighbors (duh, you share walls) and you will have to deal with the people who choose not to honor the apartment rules (cleaning up after their animals, blocking sidewalks by rear in parking - ADA issue), but it isn't overwhelming and I have seen the office let everyone know when it's getting out of hand. I appreciate the balance between letting people live and keeping a standard for a community worth living in.
The complex is always clean and the ladies in the office have always been pleasant. Kiersley is such a blessing! She is just a ray of sunshine and she has such a welcoming disposition. I don't know the names of the other ladies but I've enjoyed speaking to them as well.
Overall, these apartments are a hidden gem. You will love living here if you remember the following things:
*Pay your bills ON TIME or pay the late fee (rent, water, trash, sewage and pest control are conveniently located on the portal and are way less expensive then most apartments I've seen so far).
*Complete your lease with a 60 day notice (or pay the fines without complaint if you choose to break it).
*Keep realistic expectations for apartment living (the staff are not at your beck and call, but they are incredibly courteous and responsive).
