Unprofessional and a waste of time.
April 16, 2021 - Reseña de Apartments.comIncredibly unprofessional and a waste of time. I called Longhill Grove on March 5th to ask about availability and see about touring the property. No one answered, so I left a voicemail which was never responded to. On March 12th I made an inquiry through their website, and never received any reply. On March 26th I made an online appointment to come in for a tour on April 8th. I received a text and email confirmation for this tour; however, after driving 2 hours, no one was at the office during my ...scheduled time. I called and again left a voicemail, and again no reply. I came back to the office the next day, still nothing. Today, April 16th, I received my first communication from the leasing office, an email full of typos telling me to call the office if I had any questions- yeah, not happening. If the management can't even adequately serve potential leasers, then I absolutely would not trust them to take care of actual residents. Don't waste your time.Leer MásProperty Manager Responded

I live on the ground floor and we don't have any say as to who live above you, so I have been having disrespectful neighbors almost my entire stay here. being 72 yrs. old and have people in their 20's with small children living above you is miserable.

April 10, 2020 - Reseña de Apartments.comOverall I love the apartment spacious layout. At the moment, the neighborhood seems pleasant and quiet. It has great amenities such as the pool and gym. I am still settling in and encountering a few maintenance issues. I did not feel the apartment was ready for my move in date, as it seemed like it was rushed and minor things overlooked on preparing the apartment for a new tenant. Once these problems are resolved I can begin to enjoy my new place.
