Unprofessional and a waste of time.
April 16, 2021Incredibly unprofessional and a waste of time. I called Longhill Grove on March 5th to ask about availability and see about touring the property. No one answered, so I left a voicemail which was never responded to. On March 12th I made an inquiry through their website, and never received any reply. On March 26th I made an online appointment to come in for a tour on April 8th. I received a text and email confirmation for this tour; however, after driving 2 hours, no one was at the office during my ...scheduled time. I called and again left a voicemail, and again no reply. I came back to the office the next day, still nothing. Today, April 16th, I received my first communication from the leasing office, an email full of typos telling me to call the office if I had any questions- yeah, not happening. If the management can't even adequately serve potential leasers, then I absolutely would not trust them to take care of actual residents. Don't waste your time.Property Manager Responded

April 10, 2020Overall I love the apartment spacious layout. At the moment, the neighborhood seems pleasant and quiet. It has great amenities such as the pool and gym. I am still settling in and encountering a few maintenance issues. I did not feel the apartment was ready for my move in date, as it seemed like it was rushed and minor things overlooked on preparing the apartment for a new tenant.
