Incredibly unprofessional and a waste of time. I called Longhill Grove on March 5th to ask about availability and see about touring the property. No one answered, so I left a voicemail which was never responded to. On March 12th I made an inquiry through their website, and never received any reply. On March 26th I made an online appointment to come in for a tour on April 8th. I received a text and email confirmation for this tour; however, after driving 2 hours, no one was at the office during my ...
scheduled time. I called and again left a voicemail, and again no reply. I came back to the office the next day, still nothing. Today, April 16th, I received my first communication from the leasing office, an email full of typos telling me to call the office if I had any questions- yeah, not happening. If the management can't even adequately serve potential leasers, then I absolutely would not trust them to take care of actual residents. Don't waste your time.

Loud residents, trash always across the parking lot . Not enough staff in the leasing office . Too much for a 2 bedroom . Only 2 maintenance guys & only 1 who knows what he doing .

I have been living here for 16 years. My over all stay here has been very good. My only concern is problems with neighbors. I live on the ground floor and we don't have any say as to who live above you, so I have been having disrespectful neighbors almost my entire stay here. being 72 yrs. old and have people in their 20's with small children living above you is miserable.
