High level summary: If you live in building 24 or 25 you're going to really love the garbage men that come anywhere between 2:20am - 5:30am, mostly in the 3am range on Thursday/Friday mornings.
Not only is it loud they also leave trash and broken glass in the street. I'm pretty sure that's a safety/health hazard?
Also, the management team continues to promise that they'll have the trash pickup after 5:30am (still too early but better than 2am), but 3 months later after emailing them every week
...and it's the same result.
MAA how about we hire a new vendor!! It's really not that hard. How would you like it if I banged on your window every Thursday morning at 2:20am, probably wouldn't?
I will say Gabriel the maintenance guy is top notch. He has to deal with so much and he's been the only breath of fresh air since moving here, give the man a raise b/c I'm sure he's tired of having to clean up after the garbage people every week.
If you can avoid the building I mentioned the place wouldn't be half as bad and I wouldn't be leaving a sour review. But if you live by the trash area please do yourself a favor and find another apartment.
