Horrible experience
October 2, 2025The buildings are old, and infested with roaches, ants and rodents. Black mold will absolutely be a problem if you are foolish enough to live here. Constant water leaks and absolutely no parking. Maintenance requests are NOT responded to quickly. Even though the maintenance employees try hard, they are understaffed and the management simply does not care. On top of all of that these apartments are way overpriced for their age and condition.Property Manager Responded

Fairly quite and home like atmosphere
March 25, 2023This community provides a fairly quite and home like atmosphere and I noticed that there are a lot of different age groups that live here and everyone is welcoming. The staff is nice and helpful, but I think at times they are overwhelmed and need more help especially for the maintenance person. Overall, I like it here and would recommend it to my friends and family; plus I absolutely love my attached garage and the 3 level-townhome style.Property Manager Responded

Trash pickup is anywhere b/w 2am-530am
September 1, 2022High level summary: If you live in building 24 or 25 you're going to really love the garbage men that come anywhere between 2:20am - 5:30am, mostly in the 3am range on Thursday/Friday mornings. Not only is it loud they also leave trash and broken glass in the street. I'm pretty sure that's a safety/health hazard? Also, the management team continues to promise that they'll have the trash pickup after 5:30am (still too early but better than 2am), but 3 months later after emailing them every week ...and it's the same result. MAA how about we hire a new vendor!! It's really not that hard. How would you like it if I banged on your window every Thursday morning at 2:20am, probably wouldn't? I will say Gabriel the maintenance guy is top notch. He has to deal with so much and he's been the only breath of fresh air since moving here, give the man a raise b/c I'm sure he's tired of having to clean up after the garbage people every week. If you can avoid the building I mentioned the place wouldn't be half as bad and I wouldn't be leaving a sour review. But if you live by the trash area please do yourself a favor and find another apartment.Property Manager Responded
