DONT BOTHER TO CLEAN AFTER YOU MOVE OUT, THEY WILL STILL CHARGE YOU
January 10, 2023 - Reseña de Apartments.comNEVER AGAIN! Wasted 3 days of my remaining days making sure the apartment was spotless and clean. Cleaned everything out and left the place cleaner then when I originally came into the rental. Got on my knees to clean behind the toilet to climbing up to get to the shelf to make sure those were spotless. CLEANED EVERYTHING!!!!!! They still took my deposit and continued to charged me $200 cleaning fee and also keep my deposit. When asked to see pictures they showed me an image of a little dust on ...the corner of their OLD refrigerator. CONS...... the refrigerator leaked weekly, always had maintains fixing the leaks continuously. Sink would always have disposable problems. Just save your time and not clean the place when you move out because you will still get charged. They will also charge you carpet cleaning which is $150. I rented a rug doctor machine to do myself and they said it had to be a rep cleaning service. Terrible service, and will milk you all they can. NOT RECOMMENDEDLeer MásProperty Manager Responded

Definitely not renewing
September 26, 2022 - Reseña de Apartments.comCame here for convenience, but found that it was highly inconvenient. List of issues: 1- apt wasn't walked through and we had a maintenance request the 1st day but due to moving, couldn't submit a request via internet because the front desk won't take any information at all and will only accept issues through the portal. When we finally got a hold of management to talk about it, we were asked "why we didn't submit a ticket."...well Rachel, we were busy moving and we're sorry we couldn't do your ...job for you. 2- the refrigerator freezes food. When we submitted a ticket to maintenance for this, he came in and shocked himself repeatedly and it's still broken. The freezer constantly thaws out and has water dripping on my food. Can't tell you how much money I've thrown away because of the fridge/freezer. 3- mosquitoes FOR DAYS. Myself, my husband, my child and my dogs have tons of mosquito bites all over us from walking around the apt complex. When we mention this to maintenance, we were informed and I quote from the guy himself "there are no mosquitoes here." Ok, Brad, the bites all over my legs and arms show otherwise. 4- roof rats. on building 11 specifically. We let them know and were asked "what is a roof rat?" Good thing for the feral cat colony, I guess? 5- they charge a fee for pest control but haven't seen them here at all. There are black widow nests in the hallways and bugs in the apartments. Can't tell you how many spiders we've had to kill. 6- landscaping isn't a thing here. Tons of overgrown bushes and trees. Oh, they're also poisonous to dogs, Oleanders and Bougainvillea. So if you're walking your dog, don't let them near those plants. 7- management is horrible and lacks empathy or sympathy. It's a money grab for them. The ONLY good thing that I can say about this place is the neighbors. Most of our neighbors (minus 1) have been awesome and understanding.Leer MásProperty Manager Responded

Not worth the price!!
March 31, 2022 - Reseña de Apartments.comThis is not a 5 star resort but you would think by the price increase. Yes, the pool is nice and its well maintained but come on its not Scottsdale. Their lease terms make no sense, 60 day notice must been given EVEN tho you have a lease expiration date. They need notice to charge you more month to month. If you're on the 1st floor you hear the upstairs plumbing YES every flush or shower. Guessing plumbing was not done well during construction. MAA won't budge or work with you ..won't even ...consider your unique situation or dilemma its all about them and the money. Overpriced
October 16, 2021 - Reseña de Apartments.comMain reason I lived here was because they don't have breed restriction on dogs which is probably the only good thing about this place. Very overpriced for the facilities and they charge for little every little thing. Grass areas constantly flooded, dirty premises despite constant early morning leaf blowing, feral cat colony, cockroaches, gate never works just to name a few things on the top of my head. Horrible customer service
June 7, 2019 - Reseña de Apartments.comThe staff is extremely unpleasant and unprofessional with how they deal with their residents. Highly recommend to stay away from them as you will not get the service you need. I’ve lived there for many months now and they had issues with their payment portal. I had a receipt and confirmation that rent was paid on time to them through their website. It took them 6 days to reach out to me stating they never received a payment and that I’m being charged late fees on top of my rent. My bank even ...jumped in. The staff is very stuck up and not willing to help as this was their portal that had problems. They showed no empathy and had no answers to my questions. I think you pay $40 a month for a little remote thing that opens the gate to enter the property, access the gym and other things. Mine doesnt work on the front gate. One time I didnt have my phone on me to call myself and let myself in. It was past midnight and i had to sit and wait for someone else to arrive home. Little things like this. You have to pay rent online which isn't bad, but the $3 you have to pay on ...top of your rent every month is ridiculous. I've paid rent online before in two different places and never had to pay a fee. And there is no other option to pay here. You get charged for paying your rent. All on all it is a nice place to live.Leer Más
