Nice location, slow mainteenance
April 9, 2022The Madison is very affordable, and is in a good location (right next to the MFL line and several bus routes). We've had some issues with maintenance being a bit slow, however. Long term tenant
July 21, 2021The management staff at the Madison is great. They are very responsive to questions, concerns and maintenance repairs. If you have any problems, they work to fix them as soon as possible. The building has come very far over the past few years and it is very clean. They have staff clean the outside and inside every morning. The laundry facility is well maintained, although you still can't use credit/debit for it. March 26, 2019This building is old but it has come a long way over the last few months. This building is up and coming. They have installed elevators, renovating hallways and renovated and updated new apartments. As for the review about mice & roaches... clean your apartment better. I have never seen a “rat” anywhere here & if you have an issue, they will send an exterminator ASAP. Maintenance is quick and good.Reseña de Apartments.com

RAT PROBLEM
October 4, 2017I live in a studio apartment in Madison. Within a week of moving in, I found 3 dead mice behind my fridge. Maintenance came to close holes, but about a week after that, I saw another mouse in my apartment. Very concerned that this rodent issue will be ongoing for the duration of my lease. I also found a dead rat (yes rat, not mouse) in the hallway on my way to the laundry room. Seems like there is an infestation in this apartment complex. I am very disgusted. This building needs to be ...quarantined. I am thinking of breaking my lease and moving out. If it wasn't for the rodent issue, I would like my studio a lot more. My apartment is very spacious for being a studio, has new hardwood and freshly painted walls. Too bad I cannot enjoy it because of this mouse issue.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
