BAD BUILDING WITH BAD MANAGEMENT
August 4, 2025The building management is not official and has poor communication. The resident portal doesn't work, residents can't even pay the rent and request fox fixing problems in the units. Literally, the building has no system at all. No elevator, all the stuffs and furnitures had to be carried to 3rd and 4th floor by hand through stairs. No access to building, packages keep missing because delivery people can't get access inside to the building, packages were left on the street outside of the ...building, and go missing minutes later. All the problems in the unit can't be fixed because there's no way to contact the management team and request fixing heating or pumpling problems. All my experiences are real and no exagaration. Overall Good, Better with improvements.
July 18, 2025I recently moved into Felix and so far, I’ve been very happy with the experience. The apartment layout is well-designed and the overall atmosphere feels welcoming and comfortable. Five stars for two gorgeous staff I worked with. I want to give a special shout-out to Angela—she has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She’s friendly, patient, and incredibly responsive. I had to make several changes to my lease during the process, and she handled everything efficiently without ever making me ...feel like a bother. Her professionalism and kindness really made a difference. I’d also like to thank Katie from the management team. Before my move-in, there were some unexpected issues that caused a lot of stress. Katie stepped in right away, actively communicated with me, and helped find a solution. Eventually, she arranged for a unit change, which resolved the problem. I truly appreciate her dedication and problem-solving attitude. There are just a few things I’d like to mention as suggestions. It would be more practical if the bathroom floors were tiled rather than using the same laminate flooring as in the living room—tiles help keep the space cleaner and drier. Also, replacing the drywall with tiles behind the kitchen stove would make cleaning much easier, especially when dealing with cooking splatters. Lastly, while my overall living experience has been positive, I’m currently facing issues with the air conditioning and hot water not working, which are still pending repair. I’m hopeful these can be resolved soon, and I look forward to continuing to enjoy living here.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
