June 7, 2022The account manager is awful that's to begin, poor attitude and very rude. There is roaches and they can not deny. They have an exterminator out monthly to try to control the infestation. The ground floors have mice. There was always someone outside of my window making noise. Never any parking and they will place a notice on your door for everything their vague and never direct so instead they send out final notices to everyone. Wouldn’t recommend moving here
March 17, 2020You can barely read anything in the stove and other tenants complain a lot. There is always a cigarette smell when you walk through the halls.neighbors like to be noisy barley any privacy. They charge you outrageous prices when you miss a payment on your rent you will have to owe may more money then usual they are jot really help you save money and the first ninety really isn’t free.Reseña de Apartments.com
Cigarettes Smell
March 9, 2020Honestly I just moved here on January and the Cigarettes smell from the floor im living its getting everywhere in my apartment i have a medical complicated baby which currently really sick and she cant be in a place where they smoke spoke to the office still nothing disappointed angry cause my daughter health is getting worse. They charge a $300 fee for moving you to a different apartment when its not my fault for the smell when they shower me the apartment never showed me the one im currently ...living it was in poor conditions stove was broken and dirty under the sink the door frames were dirty and scratched the doors completely dirty the door knobs falling apart and they send a Maintaince guy a week later to clean but nearly did anything ended up doing must of the stuff my self and my husband. Terrible landlord and never fixed
November 6, 2019I live there for three years. The landlord is very bad and never fix my apartment by bathroom, disposal trash, mold, smell masty, mean neighborhood, they love to littering outside. Man smoke inside the apartment and the landlord is not care about it. The landlord is very mean and they dont care if i am deaf and the maintenance will enter your apartment without know. Its terrible to live there. Its nightmare everyday. My mom in law can hear everything from neighbors. Its gross apartment ever i ...live. I would give 0 rating but i have to click one rating. I just email to landlord for to see update about deposits back and they yell me with !!!!!! What is that? Worse experience!
