January 30, 2026Stephanie! Yeah. Make sure you guys keep her for a long time or for as long as possible! My move in experience and the process to getting my apt was easy and I really appreciated the communication from Stephanie. She even vouched for me and trusted in me to do things! As this is my first time renting an apt by myself. She was so helpful. The tour was informative and I love love the energy. The property is beautiful and I’m very excited to this my home. HIGHLIGHT: waking into my apt to a welcome ...home gift and a lovely smell of aroma! What a great touch! And I absolutely loooooved it! Super cute!!! Well worth the price!
January 13, 2026I've lived at the Maryland Park apartments for almost 4 years and I really like it here. The area might not be the best but inside the fence here is the perfect escape from the surrounding area. The grounds and pool areas are well-kept and everyone that works here has been terrific. The maintenance team works around the clock to make sure that all issues are dealt with and they even have an emergency line you can call after hours that will send somebody to your unit. I particularly am fond of the ...management and all that they do I'm sure that people have a nice comfortable place to live. The management team here has always been so nice. Alisa and Stephanie in particular have been such a joy to get to know as they are always so friendly. I've lived a lot of places where that is not always the case.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

From the moment you walk into the leasing office you're greeted with very warm respectful individuals who show you dignity and respect as well as inspire you to want to be here on this beautiful property! My Home
July 14, 2023This is the first time I have called and Apartment my home. I used to own a home and I decided to move and start a new life and I feel I was lead to this place. It pretty quiet, well kept, weekly pest control if you want. Convenient location, to the strip, to the airport, the 109 gets you there in 20 minutes, mall, restaurants, banks, grocery store , target, schools, 2 pools, 2 laundry rooms located in the mailroom. Truthfully I don't like telling people about it out of fear some unruly people ...will come. I just made 5 years that I've lived here. The Las Vegas Convention Center is in walking distance, which I attend often. There are local food banks and the Clark county Library They hire very nice intelligent employees that are patient and kind, they speak when passing, and ask how are you doing. This is important to us seniors. They serve coffee and occasional snacks and sometimes the have events which I have attended one and it was a great way to meet your neighbors. If your going to move here, I just ask to be respectful as this is Las Vegas and we all work different hours. Please and thank you!Property Manager Responded

A place I call my home.
July 13, 2023I have been living here since 2016 up to 2018.i left then came back in 2021 up to present.one good reason why I came back in this apartment is that I am appreciated and staffs are friendly and easy to talk to.i love how they keep this property clean and maintain.The fact that this is old apartment here in Las Vegas but still they were able to preserve it.the only sad thing I can say about this place is they sometime shut the water down due to emergency reasons and that is reasonable. best experience i’ve had yet
July 13, 2023I have lived in these apartments for over a year and for the price and security and location it doesn’t get much better. the office is super nice and i feel safe here. there are bugs however they have pest control weekly to help out with that issue. my only criticism is that my renovated apartment was not finished and still isn’t (we moved in but they did not finish what they said they would) however it isn’t major and the apartment looks great still!Property Manager Responded

Unpleasant
July 9, 2023Moved into a roach infested unit for $1400 total. Threatened to keep deposit on day 7 if I leave before month 6. Bug spray was their solution.Property Manager Responded

25% rent increase less than 2 years
July 20, 2022This place only cares about money, not the residents. They refuse to keep the pools clean, systematically trying to get rid of tenants to continue jacking up the rent. The neighborhood is NOT walkable, there are gunfire and murders on every corner, lots of crossfire from gang activity. Thieves looting through cars, jumping the fences, stealing packages. One neighbor was home invaded at 2am. Property response was " They are not responsible for safety after hours and maybe everyone isn't suited for ...their properties." Dont Move Here
April 17, 2021Unless you want your water cut off all the time, terrible wifi and annoying neighbors who are noisy all night, and the staff who are never in the office at the hours that they are suppose to be then I would highly recommend not moving into this place unless you like terrible service!Reseña de Apartments.com
