    I love these apartments. I used to be a resident a couple of years ago and am in the process of moving back. Joanne and the team in the office are friendly and very helpful. A great place to call home.

  • Decent property horrible tenants

    The apartments are decent on the inside and new. But the tenants are absolutely horrible. Lots of activity at night people going in and out. People walking and making noise at late hours in the night. Police is in the parking lot almost everyday for one reason or another. Don’t really feel safe here.

    First, Joanne the office manager is a super nice lady with a big heart! She is always helping and assisting as much as she can. My apartment is super nice and I have had one issue since I moved in July and Joanne took care of it within one call. I got home and it was all fixed. I did not even need to be there. If you are looking for quiet, great customer service and brand new, McKinney pointe in your place to go to - PS. No one asked me to white this and I don’t even think Joanne likes me but ...
    she helps me due to the fact I just had a surgery! She is great

    Everyone in the leasing office is very nice. I, went to Century Lake and no one keep in touch with me like Mckinney Pointe! I, really appericate that and i feel like you care. Great,job ladies and apartments are so pretty and quite!

    ZERO STARS . It was not letting me continue unless I clicked on the one star. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life in US. I was moving from out of state and they were not ready on the day of my move in. They had my move in date on file but said they didn't know I was coming in. Anything you ask MS. X (i don't want to say her name) she answers back by saying she is new. ( working for more than 11/2 months) . They are having a lot of issues with people leaving and not ...
    being thorough in communicating within the management. It was me all the time calling them up for everything they need for me to sign up online. They said I had to have renters insurance ready and the electricity on my name the day of my move in which they never told me bcoz of their lack of communication with the customer. Ms. X suggested that I had to go thru the lease agreement thoroughly and should have known that I needed renters insurance. Ok I agree. But what about the electricity company's number that they were supposed to give me and inform me They screwed up and wanted me to pay 50$ if I move in the day I was supposed to which they were not ready for . What the heck is that! They said they will consider giving the apt for that day without renters insurance but I had to pay the $50 for electricity. Unbelievable. I had to rent a hotel room as I had nowhere to go with my luggage in the car.The next day i started my apt hunt and the first one I went to had an exceptional customer service and within three hours they could rent me an apt. We called Mckinney pointe and told them we are not going with them and wanted to make sure they note that. We lost our deposit. I'm glad i did that and not get stuck with these people.

  • I can't wait to move in

    I have visited many apartment complexes and have never felt the warmth welcome I received at McKinney Pointe. Ms. Joanna and her leasing consultants are refreshing. Though, I will not moving into the property for few months, I cannot wait to have them as my property team. Almost forgot, the apartment model is gorgeous. Also, I want to thank the gentleman who was standing at the corner of McKinney Ranch and Hardin who pointed me towards the apartment.

If you are tired of you management, this property has a sensational manager by the name of Joanna. Her positive and welcoming attitude made a world of difference.     I can't say enough great things about this property and it's location. The property has quick access to major freeways from 75 to SRT toll. It's also located within close proximity to shopping centers and grocery stores. I also love the manager, Ms. Joanna, who is by far the most courteous and friendly manager I have encounter in many years. I love......love Ms. Joanna.
