If you are comfortable living in a college dorm that constantly has dog poop or urine on the ground, wreaks of marijuana, has fire alarms at least 5 times a month, broken elevators, broken parking garage doors, stolen packages, incompetent management, regular building flooding, horrible WiFi, incorrect billing statements, broken gym equipment, daily spam notifications from the building, awful water pressure, reckless residents who trash the building, building refusing to tow cars in your
...assigned/paid parking spot, constant construction noises, and cheap fixtures that break regularly; then this is the place for you!
The second you sign your lease you are entirely on your own. Not a single staff member will EVER answer your calls, return your voicemails, or respond to emails. The only people who do their jobs are the cleaning and maintenance staff. I cannot speak highly enough about how nice and hardworking the cleaning and maintenance staff is.
On top of all of my previously listed complaints, this was the most poorly organized and executed move out I’ve ever experienced.
