        Very responsive to our needs. Fixed our oven in a jif. Made a complaint to them about constant roaches and bugs and they said theyre going to get a new pest control co that will resolve this issue. Thank you for helping us guys!

        Thermostat Wasn’t working right needed batteries by the time they got here. I already went and got batteries, but they can’t reject the thermostat out themselves and everything is fine.

        Hot Water Heater AGAIN I have made 7 wirk requests about this problem for over a month. I am tired of dealing with the same problem time after time. Taki g a cold shower , washing clothes, and dishes in cold or barely warm water. Its beyond ridiculous. With the money im paying, on time, every month to delay on bathtub resurfacing, to pest control, to now the water. Either transfer me to another building or give me my money to go elsewhere. Im tired of this.

        Maintenance is Top-Notch! I recently had my garbage disposal die. Maintenance came the next day and had to order a new one. It was instalked the very next day. I appreciate the timeliness of taking care of the issue!
