I was a resident of this complex for 4 1/2 years, they're longest resident until May 2017. When I initially moved in, the apartment was gorgeous, the management was amazing and there was really nothing negative to be said about this place! Once original manager and office staff was promoted and moved to other properties, everything went down hill quickly. Their current management does not respond to requests unless you're paying an admin fee and deposit to move in. They don't seem to know what
...they're doing. Megan (in the office) is the only one who seems to have any real people skills or experience. The "manager" is NEVER in the office, and the assistant "manager" is very scatter brained I'm not even sure how she finds her way to work every day. After paying them nearly $50k in rent for the 4 1/2 years of living there, I asked a relatively simple question regarding my deposit refund and 2 1/2 weeks later, several follow up emails, a trip to the office, and waiting 20 minutes for the assistant manager (because she forgot I was there and/or thought I left) they still could not give me a straight answer.
Aside from the management, the apartments are relatively well kept, maintenance does a pretty good job of handling requests in a timely manner. The complex itself is clean and quiet. You may ask about their amenities, however. The pool has been empty for several months, and they have little to offer outside of business hours other than a very small dog park and a 24 "gym" with very little equipment. Do beware of charges and fees above the rent. The office staff will tell you that water (submetered) runs about $30-$50 a month, but mine was never under $55.
Overall, it's not a bad complex, they just really need to replace the management with competent staff, or promote Megan to assistant manager and let the current assistant manager go.
