Amazing Place To Call Home
April 16, 2019Mission Hill is beautiful and the staff gave us a warm welcoming like they were happy we were there! Both pools are terrific! Already feels like home
October 19, 2017I've been at the complex since June, and even with the anticipated complications regarding the new construction, I have very much enjoyed living here. My move in date was initially set for the beginning of June, but due to construction it was pushed back. The office was very prompt to alert me of this, and assured me that the rent would be pro-rated to reflect the days I would have to wait and offered to reimburse any lodging costs until the unit was available. Luckily, I could stay with friends ...and happily moved into my apartment later that month, what could of been quite stressful was handled professionally. As with any rental situation, there will always be bumps in the road, but the staff has always been incredibly accommodating. Any issue I have had has been resolved with one trip to the office! The pool is always clean and available, with plenty of seating in the shade! This is my first apartment after dealing with college apartments and I have not regretted my decision once. The size of the one bedroom apartment is spacious and the kitchen is huge. The community is great, the free Starbucks coffee is a life saver, and the new apartments look awesome. Also landscaping looks very nice, I always see the groundskeepers out early and they're all friendly. The apartment complex goes out of their way to get residents involved with each other and the community (love that they support HSNBA), and it's been pleasant living here.Property Manager Responded

FED UP Resident!
June 26, 2017Dont be fooled by the glowing reviews previous posted Ive lived here a little over 6 months and my experience has been bellow par. The office staff is anything but "fabulous" useless is a better term! The apartments and pictures are promised in the amenities but those fall short. "IE the pool" its summer time and we are not allowed to go swimming. their are more interested in leasing the new section instead of taking care of current tenants. Great Place to Live
June 23, 2017Dear Community, I just wanted to say that my son and I have been living here at Mission Hill for almost two years and it has been great! We love our apartment and the office staff and maintenance staff are fabulous! I wanted to thank them for all that they do for our community and you are greatly appreciated! The breakfast at the clubhouse was awesome last Saturday and we have enjoyed the gatherings that you have hosted. Last year my dryer broke and it was fixed within a day!!! Wow!!! My ...son and I also enjoy the park and we look forward to the new lazy river pool opening up!! The people that live here are friendly and considerate. It's Amazing
June 23, 2017I have lived here for almost 2 years and I have nothing bad to say. The office staff is extremely helpful and very kind. They will listen when you sit down and vent about life or want to share amazing that happened over the weekend. They are pet friendly and also greet me and my dog when we come into the office. They also have dog treats too! The pool is currently under construction right now, but I don't understand why everyone blames the staff. The staff has kept us informed by giving us ...updates. BEWARE!!! Do not move to this complex!
June 21, 2017Since moving into the complex, the experience has been horrible. It looks great on the outside, however its very poorly managed. Customer service....that's laughable to say the least!! I have sent in many requests and they are always met with a wall. Owner of this property should start off with getting a new Manager. Mission: Down Hill Fast
June 8, 2017I was a resident of this complex for 4 1/2 years, they're longest resident until May 2017. When I initially moved in, the apartment was gorgeous, the management was amazing and there was really nothing negative to be said about this place! Once original manager and office staff was promoted and moved to other properties, everything went down hill quickly. Their current management does not respond to requests unless you're paying an admin fee and deposit to move in. They don't seem to know what ...they're doing. Megan (in the office) is the only one who seems to have any real people skills or experience. The "manager" is NEVER in the office, and the assistant "manager" is very scatter brained I'm not even sure how she finds her way to work every day. After paying them nearly $50k in rent for the 4 1/2 years of living there, I asked a relatively simple question regarding my deposit refund and 2 1/2 weeks later, several follow up emails, a trip to the office, and waiting 20 minutes for the assistant manager (because she forgot I was there and/or thought I left) they still could not give me a straight answer. Aside from the management, the apartments are relatively well kept, maintenance does a pretty good job of handling requests in a timely manner. The complex itself is clean and quiet. You may ask about their amenities, however. The pool has been empty for several months, and they have little to offer outside of business hours other than a very small dog park and a 24 "gym" with very little equipment. Do beware of charges and fees above the rent. The office staff will tell you that water (submetered) runs about $30-$50 a month, but mine was never under $55. Overall, it's not a bad complex, they just really need to replace the management with competent staff, or promote Megan to assistant manager and let the current assistant manager go.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Amazing!!!
December 16, 2016Mission Hill is a place I can call home for a long time! Raeann is amazing at her job and she is constantly helping me out with work orders and questions I have. Megan is very sweet and always helps me out too in any way she can. Devon is always quick to let me know what my rent is each month and fix anything that was charged incorrectly. Maintenance is on top of everything! Shout out to Tom and Arthur!! You guys are the best! The staff is the best part of living here.
