        I looked at so many properties when I came to Tucson and I was starting to lose hope. Understandably, I had a long list of amenities that I was looking for and was worried about apartment life after living in houses for the last 35 years. My fears were for naught: My neighbors are nice and quiet, I have no steps to navigate and the trash and mailbox are very close-by. My unit has a washer and dryer too which meets my needs. Requests for maintenance are quickly handled and they are on top of pest ...
        control. My covered, assigned parking space was at no additional cost and is literally steps away from my unit. Carrying groceries into my place is a breeze. The rent is a very good value and within my budget. There is plenty of natural light in the apartment and for me, I have no west-facing windows to overheat the place! The staff in the office are very nice and accommodating to this irascible old lady. I feel very lucky to have landed here.

        I wanted to move here years ago but it did not work out. I am glad that I am here now. This place gives you space and amenities for the price. When we moved in, I immediately felt comfortable. I can honestly say I have not had trouble sleeping at all.

        I am really enjoying living at Mission Palms Apartments.The grounds are beautiful with all the trees and green grass It is well maintained here and the staff and the people who live here are friendly. The amenities are nice and the office is well maintained. I use to live in the area for many years so I am familiar with the stores and shopping availability.I have a small dog and he likes it here. We go for a long walk in the early morning. Also at other times of the day . I highly recommend ...

        I generally like it here. I used to live here years ago and I loved it here. The maintenance of the pool and grounds can be much better than it is as this is part of why we pay rent. A clean pool is an advantage to future renters, so it makes no sense to not keep it a priority. It also would be nice if the awning would be replaced where the grills are sooner than later to provide shade for those who like to grill. I would love to see the pool and exercise room be open 24/7 as I don't see the ...
        point in closing them for 9 hours when most people are sleeping but some are awake and would like to use that time to workout. The staff is friendly and courteous and that's a definite plus. Keeping rent increases to less than 5% yearly will help to keep residents here. It's nice to be able to build a community of people you know.

        Horrible experience, would not recommend anyone renting at Mission Palms. Mold in buildings and management does not care, maintenance issues go unresolved for months on end if they are ever fixed. I would not recommend Mission Palms

        If you’re looking for the absolute worst place to live, congratulations, you’ve found it. Hope you don’t like water, because here it gets shut off all the time. Sometimes for a few hours, sometimes for days. Management’s response? A half-hearted “sorry for the inconvenience,” as if not being able to shower, flush a toilet, or have drinking water in the middle of summer is just a minor hiccup. The apartments themselves? Old, outdated, and falling apart. When my bathroom flooded from a burst pipe, ...
        it took two days for anyone to show up. But hey, at least the landscapers are consistent, they’ll make sure to wake you up bright and early on the weekends. They blocked off huge chunks of the lot all summer to “repave,” swearing it would take three weeks. Anyone with eyes could see that was never happening. Sure enough, it dragged on for months, and the cracks were already back before the crew even left. Quality work. Rent? Always climbing. Improvements? Don’t make me laugh. They slapped messy white paint over the original brick buildings (because nothing says “upgrades” like covering charm with ugliness), and they forced every tenant into a $40/month “smart lock” that nobody asked for. And let’s not forget the office staff. They are rude, unhelpful, but at least they get to enjoy their shiny renovated office while the rest of us live in crumbling units. Five stars? Not even close. If negative stars were an option, this place would earn them all

        Mission Palms is a lovely apartment complex. The rooms are large and the appliances are in excellent working order. The varied trees and shrubs make me feel as if I am living in the middle of a park. Management is on the job and requests for assistance are handled in a timely fashion.
