    Maintenance at this location continues to be poor. They are rude, incompetent, and have no regard to leave things tidy when they complete a work order. The garbage cans for the units continue being overflowed, despite management's continued emails about this issue. Their high rent cost, is not worth it. Find another location, which could be bigger and better for the price.

    I do not recommend Mission Pointe until our issues see a quick resolution because ever since we have moved since last 4 days, we have been regretting our decision so far because we seem to have been given a faulty unit and the service person did visit and could not do anything about our problems, while we are facing a hard time having a sound sleep, and to a point that we had to sleep at a friend's place as well.

    I think the community and location is nice - with a lot of potential. But as of now, I am very disappointed with a bunch of things: first being inaccessibility of gym for a long time - second being the whole package delivery system.
