January 8, 2026Maintenance at this location continues to be poor. They are rude, incompetent, and have no regard to leave things tidy when they complete a work order. The garbage cans for the units continue being overflowed, despite management's continued emails about this issue. Their high rent cost, is not worth it. November 26, 2025I do not recommend Mission Pointe until our issues see a quick resolution because ever since we have moved since last 4 days, we have been regretting our decision so far because we seem to have been given a faulty unit and the service person did visit and could not do anything about our problems, while we are facing a hard time having a sound sleep, and to a point that we had to sleep at a friend's place as well.Property Manager Responded

I love that there's a park right across the street and Grocery Outlet just down the road—so convenient! The apartment itself is clean, well-maintained, and feels like home. Everyone here is so polite, and the management team does an outstanding job.
