I have been a resident here for one year and recently renewed my lease for a second year. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience, and the environment is welcoming. While I wish there were outdoor grilling facilities available at the pool, this is still one of the nicest apartment communities in the area, especially considering the square footage. It truly feels more like living in a home than an apartment.

overall comfort. However, I would have preferred cement flooring for added privacy, as the current wood plank flooring allows some visibility into neighboring balconies. Despite this, the property remains charming and well-maintained.
