While I wish there were outdoor grilling facilities available at the pool, this is still one of the nicest apartment communities in the area, especially considering the square footage. So far, I have really enjoyed living here. The apartment is modern and well appointed. Maintenance is quick to respond. The only issue that i have repeatedly had is extremely loud upstairs neighbors. Unfortunately, the sound really transfers between floors. Overall, this is a good place to be.

I’ve been staying here for almost 5 years. The apartments are huge and spacious. Praying the price doesn’t keep increasing it’s becoming very expensive. The place really needs some up keeping done such as:painting the railings, ground keeping, and touch up paint jobs in the apartments.

I’ve been very happy with my apartment at Palm Bay Grand! The community has a welcoming feel, and the management team is friendly and helpful. One of my favorite perks is the swimming pool—it’s always sparkling clean and a great place to relax on the weekends. We have lived in the Palm Bay Grand apartments since February 2020. The apartments are spacious and very comfortable. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant and with tremendous facilities. Staff is inexperienced construction has many flaws that make it look really cheaply made such as cabinets. Lots of trash and debris with poor Maintenance staff who is lost . Not worth the money I wont renew my lease not worth the money.
