Best place to live in Arizona!
January 23, 2026I have been living here for a year now and it is probably the best complex I have lived in. From the brand new apartments, dog door, mini backyard, it's all the accommodations as having your own home. Faith is the best manager the complex could ask for. Great support for residents
October 13, 2025We have been very pleased with Moderne. The apartment is comfy and nice. The community is friendly and safe. Also, the property is well maintained. We Love Living in Moderne at Rocking K!
October 11, 2025The kids and I love living in this community. It is clean, new, well maintained, the staff is amazing especially Faith and Coy. Moderne is always doing fun things for us, and they treat us like we are valuable members of the community. I was worried about moving from a house to an apartment, but the way these are built is amazing, by having each unit completely stand alone, with no common walls, it is like living in a single family home, but with all the amenities of an upscale resort. The ...pool is awesome, and it is really ice to also be part of the entire Rocking K Community and all of their amenities as well as Moderne's. Amazing homes!
March 28, 2025These homes are amazing! We have lived here about 2 weeks. It’s been quiet. Garbage is taken to the trash for you. You get to pick your home before you accept it too. Everything is just a click away for set up like internet and cable. It’s got a great pool, with a fire pit and a big playground nearby. You even have a splash park within HOA community. Amazing place
March 17, 2025Fantastic experience with the original tour of the property with Kayla who guided me throughout reserving and renting my unit. March 11, 2025It's been a pleasure working with the office staff. Kayla is very professional; she has been super helpful and works with you. The experience here has been top-notch compared to what I have personally experienced in the past when renting a home.
