Great support for residents
October 13, 2025We have been very pleased with Moderne. The apartment is comfy and nice. The community is friendly and safe. Also, the property is well maintained. We Love Living in Moderne at Rocking K!
October 11, 2025The kids and I love living in this community. It is clean, new, well maintained, the staff is amazing especially Faith and Coy. Moderne is always doing fun things for us, and they treat us like we are valuable members of the community. I was worried about moving from a house to an apartment, but the way these are built is amazing, by having each unit completely stand alone, with no common walls, it is like living in a single family home, but with all the amenities of an upscale resort. The ...pool is awesome, and it is really ice to also be part of the entire Rocking K Community and all of their amenities as well as Moderne's. Amazing homes!
March 28, 2025These homes are amazing! We have lived here about 2 weeks. It’s been quiet. Garbage is taken to the trash for you. You get to pick your home before you accept it too. Everything is just a click away for set up like internet and cable. It’s got a great pool, with a fire pit and a big playground nearby. You even have a splash park within HOA community. From the very first interaction, the team was welcoming, professional, and attentive. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into maintaining a high standard of living for ...the residents. The experience here has been top-notch compared to what I have personally experienced in the past when renting a home. February 27, 2025I’ve been living at Moderne for a little while now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to call home. One of the standout aspects of our stay has been the fantastic management. Kayla, the manager, has been incredibly helpful from the moment we moved in. She was attentive to all our concerns and made sure everything was addressed promptly. It’s rare to find such a responsive and friendly ...manager, and her dedication has made the whole process much smoother. The building is always clean and well-kept, which adds to the overall pleasant living experience.
