I have been living here for a year now and it is probably the best complex I have lived in. From the brand new apartments, dog door, mini backyard, it's all the accommodations as having your own home.
Faith is the best manager the complex could ask for. Residents here are very friendly and it is a dog friendly and family atmosphere.
I love that the community feels safe and very suburban. Do yourself a favor and live here!

We have been very pleased with Moderne. The apartment is comfy and nice. The community is friendly and safe. Also, the property is well maintained.
Recently we had a drain clog that happened late on a Friday afternoon. Faith and Amy were very responsive and made sure the problem was taken care of quickly.

The kids and I love living in this community. It is clean, new, well maintained, the staff is amazing especially Faith and Coy. Moderne is always doing fun things for us, and they treat us like we are valuable members of the community. I was worried about moving from a house to an apartment, but the way these are built is amazing, by having each unit completely stand alone, with no common walls, it is like living in a single family home, but with all the amenities of an upscale resort. The ...
pool is awesome, and it is really ice to also be part of the entire Rocking K Community and all of their amenities as well as Moderne's. Best decision I have made in housing since moving to Arizona.

These homes are amazing! We have lived here about 2 weeks. It’s been quiet. Garbage is taken to the trash for you. You get to pick your home before you accept it too. Everything is just a click away for set up like internet and cable. It’s got a great pool, with a fire pit and a big playground nearby. You even have a splash park within HOA community. The best part, it’s close to my family, I really can’t beat it. Staff is a plus!

The crew here is top notch. They all made me feel like not only was I part if a community but part of a family. The apartments are great, amenities are great, but the staff is the best. I deal with severe anxiety and Amy was a Godsend to deal with. Very patient and understanding at every turn. It's only been a couple weeks but it feels like home

Good management with a good response time to the people of the complexes needs. Very nice and well taken care of areas and amenities, with amenities being easily accessible and always clean. All in all a very nice complex and would recommend for anyone looking for a nice community to live in!

Fantastic experience with the original tour of the property with Kayla who guided me throughout reserving and renting my unit. Amy in the office helped flawlessly with questions, and Sean was spot-on maintenance in the unit. Amazing amenities on the property. I'm at home.

It's been a pleasure working with the office staff. Kayla is very professional; she has been super helpful and works with you. The experience here has been top-notch compared to what I have personally experienced in the past when renting a home. Bit of a drive to and from work, but the quiet community, views and vibe to the homes is worth the drive.
