Management at Morningside was recently taken over by PB Bell. I have lived at Morningside for 7 years now. I have a 1 bedroom unit, all 1 bedroom units are located on the 2nd floor. The first thing that will catch one's eye is that these units have 2 balconies! One as you enter the front door and then an enclosed one off the living room. The unit is about 780 sq ft and the bedroom is quite large. There is a fireplace in the living room and the dining area has built in shelving. The
...property is very well maintained and I am always proud to have people come over to see the apt. There is a great pool area and a nicely equipped fitness room. The new manager, Tonya, has a very friendly personality and is always there to listen to any tenant's concerns or opinions. The apt. complex is close to shopping (Safeway, Frys, Walgreens), banking, and schools. The elementary school, Laguna, is located within walking distance. There is a senior center and huge park directly across the street. Tenants receive an assigned, covered parking space and there is plenty of guest parking. Pets are permitted at Morningside as well so our 4-legged residents love it here too! :) I hope to continue to call Morningside "My Home" for many years to come!
