    I loved my apartment (not my upstairs neighbor) but it was spacious, clean and I had the perfect backyard with a lot of nature. Betty the Apt Mngr was so helpful in finding me the right unit and was always there if I had any questions or concerns. Randy the Maint Tech was great and the landscape gentleman did a wonderful job. Thank you Mountain Bay Apartments! Highly recommend.

    I was a tenant here for 5 years, and it was a great place to live! Very close to the interstate and just down the road from places to shop for groceries and essentials. Betty, the property manager, takes her time getting to know you and makes you feel right at home and cared for! Quick and reliable maintenance. Neighbors are great and friendly.

    Betty is a fantastic property manager and is very flexible! Having the majority of utilities included was a plus. If you need repairs or anything fixed, Randy is a pleasure to work with and should be able to get whatever you need up and running in no time. The garages are spacious and easy to access. The island you'll have in the apartment is very handy and the countertops are really nice. Closets are very large. Highly recommend these apartments!!!

    I enjoyed my 1 years at Mount View and wish I could go back! The windows and patio doors brought so much light into my second floor apartment. Randy, the maintenance man, and Betty, the property manager, were quick to help if any issues came up. I felt safe in the neighborhood and loved how close it is to the highway!

    I lived here for 4 years and loved my time! Clean, quiet and close to grocery stores/Target. I loved the large pantry and large living room! The property manager is great and quick to any questions or concerns you may have.

    We loved living in this apartment community! Betty, the property manager is fantastic! She's very friendly, and easy to work with. The neighbors were also amazing! Us and our dog, loved having run-ins with the neighbors. It was just time for us to move on, and we will miss this community so much!

She made us feel like we were important even when she had hundreds of other tenants. We are grateful that moving out was easy when we bought our first home. Thanks, Betty!

    My experience at the Mountain Bay apartments exceeded way beyond my expectations of living in an apartment! Betty was great to work with, very pet friendly, and made me feel at home. I was skeptical about living in an apartment after coming from a house, but Betty made the transition more comfortable and reassuring. If I had any issues they were resolved asap. Very well kept, spacious place. All neighbors were wonderful and very respectful. I loved the feel of the upper apartment as it felt so ...
    spacious and open. Super nice having everything (except electric) included! I would recommend these apartments to anyone I know. :) I can't say enough good about them!

    One of the best, if not the best apartment complexes around the greater wausau area. Structures are clean with all appliances up to date. Staff was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any requests. I would find it hard to move into any other place with a fair enough price for the ameneties provided (indoor wash/drier and a massive garage).

    Definitely recommend living here! Betty is very helpful with any questions. we first had a one bedroom and she helps us move into a 2 bedroom! Apartments are nice and clean. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood!
