I have not lived in an apartment in over 30 years, and I was quite nervous. Mountain Ranch has really stepped up with GREAT insulation (can't hear hardly anything at all from upstairs or surrounding neighbors), quality appliances, user friendly online payments and maintenance requests, and just a beautiful neighborhood. I would recommend Mountain Ranch to anyone!! Also, very close to everything!! Love it!! Niki

This property used to be one of the best ones in the town. After almost 5 years staying here, I can assure that it has gone through a lot of changes and now, it just does not worth it. It is getting old and the sound you hear from the upper floor and your own floor is absolutely annoying. Besides that, the property management is acting poor and you may want to just stay away!

Manager does not care about anything except money

Stay away from these apartments. The manager is not professional. She does not listen to you and does not care about anything but money.
We moved out end of this month and she is keeping our whole deposit because one of my friends get the apartment. He signed a new lease but the apartment do not want to pay our deposit back.
We had several problems recently and she did not help at all. So be careful and find a place with nice manager.
I asked to get her supervisor contact information and she did ...
not give me any information and told me I do not have supervisor.
She finally hang up my call.
Stay away. There are great apartments in Fayetteville with nice managers. one day you will have a problem and need her and she will not be responsible

Dog Heaven!

I've lived at Mountain Ranch for around 18 months, and I've been very satisfied! The apartments are nice and spacious, the staff is super friendly, and my pups love the dog park.
The apartment itself is great. The entry-way opens into the living room which opens into the kitchen. So the main room is big and open. The balcony is really nice. When the weather is nice we have breakfast outside, and the pups love to survey their domain. A hallway leads past the washer/dryer to the bedroom. ...
There's a large walk-in closet connecting the bedroom to the bathroom. My only complaint about the floorplan is that the bathroom is small. The sink, toilet, and shower mostly fill the space. If you want storage space, you'll need to get an "over the toilet cabinet." We got one from BBB, and it's great having the extra storage space, but it does make the bathroom feel smaller. If I could re-design the space, I'd make the walk-in closet smaller and the bathroom bigger. But hey, that's a small complaint when the rest of the apartment is so great! I cook all my meals at home, so it's nice having lots of cabinet space, lots of counter space, a big refrigerator, and a dishwasher. Because the kitchen opens up to the living room, I can cook while watching TV or entertaining guests!
I picked MR because I wanted to be surrounded by dogs, and I wasn't disappointed! I've gotten to know many of the dogs in the complex, and anytime I walk past the dog park, there's a dog or two who'll recognize me and run over for a quick scratch. I love it! Of course, there's a downside to having a lot of dogs around: poop! Some dog owners are good about picking up after their dogs, but many aren't. So you have to watch your step. The staff tries to keep the poop situation under control, but with so many dogs, and so many dog owners who don't clean up, there's still a lot of poop. Honestly, I don't mind it. And I'd much rather have dogs and poop than no dogs and no poop. But I can understand why some people might be bothered by it.
In sum, I've been very happy here at Mountain Ranch! Great apartments, nice human and doggy neighbors, super friendly staff. If I could go back in time to picking out an apartment prior to moving to Fayetteville, I'd definitely pick Mountain Ranch again!

My husband and I have lived here for 2 1/2 years. We have lived in both a one- and two-bedroom and highly recommend each. We are only leaving because we bought a house, otherwise, we would have signed another lease. We love the size, location and dog-friendliness of Mountain Ranch! The on-site dog park is great to have, but it's also a two minute drive from Iams Dog Park, which offers more room for your pups to run. The front office and maintenance are very easy to work with and prompt with work ...

Mountain Ranch has a great location right off of 49 and Wedington Drive! It’s easy to get anywhere in Fayetteville. The apartments are nice, there is a small dog park, and the amenities including the pool and workout area are great!
