Spacious apartment
October 7, 2025I have a two-bedroom apartment with a great amount of space. There are extra closets, drawers, and a nice walk-in closet in the master's with a garden tub. I can put my stuff up and stay tidy. Great management as well!Reseña de Apartments.com
Extremely Disappointing – Would Not Recommend
April 11, 2025I recently toured this apartment complex and was immediately struck by how poorly maintained the property is overall. From the moment I stepped out of my car, it was clear that upkeep and resident safety are not priorities here. First Impressions: Broken Glass and Trash Everywhere One of the first things I noticed was broken glass scattered in several parking spots, clearly from recent vehicle break-ins. This was deeply concerning and raised serious questions about the security of the complex. ...In addition, there was trash littered across walkways and grassy areas, giving the entire property a neglected and unkempt feel. Pet Waste and Unbearable Odor As I walked the grounds, the overwhelming smell of pet urine hit me multiple times. It wasn’t just a faint odor either—it was strong, persistent, and incredibly unpleasant. Pet waste was left on sidewalks and green spaces with no apparent effort being made to clean it up. This kind of environment is not only unhygienic but also shows a complete disregard for cleanliness and basic maintenance. Apartment Condition: Poorly Done Repairs and Neglect The unit I toured was no better. Inside, there were obvious patchwork repairs that looked rushed and unprofessional. Paint didn’t match in several areas, walls were unevenly patched, and fixtures looked old and poorly maintained. It honestly felt like a temporary cover-up job rather than a properly cared-for living space. Management and Care: Clearly Lacking What stood out the most during my visit was the overall lack of attentiveness from the management team. It felt like no one is really invested in the condition or comfort of this property. If this is what they allow prospective residents to see during a tour, I can only imagine what day-to-day life here must be like. I would strongly advise anyone considering this complex to look elsewhere. Horrible Office Staff
April 13, 2024There were regular notices of car break in’s. Office staff would charge excessive fines for minor things. When you leave you’re required to have a professional carpet cleaner and maid come to clean out your apartment. The apartment will ask for proof of receipt. STELLAR MOVE-IN EXPERIENCE
June 26, 2023I’m a new resident so I can only speak on the application process, management & staff’s communication, and overall move-in experience. I will say that so far management & staff have been superb. In fact, Tiffani and her staff’s professionalism and courtesy should be the standard that all other management companies strive for. The application process was normal as expected but what made the entire move-in experience a 5-star review was how attentive and communicative Tiffani and Aliyah were during ...the entire process. Ms. Tiffani followed up with me after the move in just to check to see if I needed any additional assistance. I hope everyone has the same experience I have had so far. “This isn’t your home it’s just a rental”
October 25, 2022I’ve been staying here for 4 months and it has been a complete nightmare roaches, knatts, plumbing issues in both restrooms and the kitchen, breakins are becoming a weekly occurrence and the staff is being inconsiderate, inconsistent, and insincere towards their on time paying tenants, what a quick way to lose business, I can’t wait to move.Reseña de Apartments.com
Their management is embarrassing
May 13, 2022New management came in and we thought things would get better . But no they claim to have changes in the process but just tell you that just so you think they do . I even emailed the manager and got no reply . Old management gave us a unworking key and new management does not take our word for it . New management told us they were replacing the old key system but just ended up buying more keys .So i bought a BRAND NEW KEY and as soon as i get it i go check if it works IT DOESNT. Its unbelievable ...and embarrassing. Entry/Exit gates don't work . So people that don't live here can easily come in ... Apart from that our neighbors and the apartments are really chill . And maintenance comes really fast. But other than that management and the manager her self don't care.
