Wonderful Place to Live!!!!
May 13, 2023I've lived @ NLVAppts. for many yrs. now. And I love how they continuously take care of me. In particular I want to speak on my maintenance man SHANE. I recently put in a work order. It was completed the next business day. Thank you Shane for always being speedy, trustworthy polite, & professional. And he even wore boot covers as requested. Fantastic Management
December 14, 2021Found an apartment listing on this website and contacted the management. Within 6 hours I was contacted back with an application. Towards our move-in date, my roommates and I threw a curveball at them and they accommodated for us right then and there! Noah at the front desk is very friendly and easy to work with. Great Community!
January 23, 2018Northlake Village easily has the best apartments in Lima. My 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, quiet, and nicely updated; I especially enjoyed the huge walk-in closet and gas kitchen range. I rarely had maintenance issues, but when I did the response was very quick and courteous. The staff seems to genuinely care about the property; they are currently putting in a new swimming pool and replaced many of the balconies this past summer. The community is also quite safe and there have been no ...disturbances in my year of living here. I had to break my lease early for a job offer in a new state, and they made the process very smooth and painless.
