Wonderful Place to Live!!!!
May 13, 2023I've lived @ NLVAppts. for many yrs. now. And I love how they continuously take care of me. In particular I want to speak on my maintenance man SHANE. I recently put in a work order. It was completed the next business day. Thank you Shane for always being speedy, trustworthy polite, & professional. And he even wore boot covers as requested. Fantastic Management
December 14, 2021Found an apartment listing on this website and contacted the management. Within 6 hours I was contacted back with an application. Great Community!
January 23, 2018Northlake Village easily has the best apartments in Lima. My 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, quiet, and nicely updated; I especially enjoyed the huge walk-in closet and gas kitchen range. I rarely had maintenance issues, but when I did the response was very quick and courteous. The staff seems to genuinely care about the property; they are currently putting in a new swimming pool and replaced many of the balconies this past summer. The community is also quite safe and there have been no ...disturbances in my year of living here. I had to break my lease early for a job offer in a new state, and they made the process very smooth and painless.
