Checked out this complex today! Even though it’s not in Seattle we still thought it was a great location since the freeway (for our commuting purposes) is just a 5 minutes drive time away. Not bad. Thought the complex was clean and easy to be able to walk to the store from where it’s located. Leasing was pretty open and helpful too.

I was there for 2 years when i decided to move out i cleaned everything exactly as the cleaning list and more than that i left everything in very good condition after i left they sent me statements for my deposit I thought they’re returning at least six hundred but i was wrong the asked me to pay 205$ What the kick? I don’t recommend this place .

The tour was good, the leasing person was very helpful as well since we are new to the area. We actually spoke with some of the tenants as they were leaving and they said they enjoyed living at the complex which to us was a good sign! We appreciated that leasing was so up front with information when we asked questions. We would recommend this as a good possible place to live and may come back again some time this week to apply.

Be sure to get a walkthrough inspection before you move in. or out. I foolishly did not. I left the apartment very.clean with no damage, ane they kept the whole deposit ($400 anyway.

When I called to set up an appointment to view the leasing person was very helpful. I appreciated their explanation about the area/schools since we are new to Seattle. I found the complex to be quiet and clean but they didn't have an area where we could work out. Oh well, if it wasn't for that we would have taken the apartment because the location was so great.

RUDE MANAGER, BUILDING LOOKS LIKE A MOTEL FROM INSIDE NOT WORTH THE HIGH PRICE

That is looks like a motel from inside, That's why I think no pics from inside. Manager Dee is a very rude and greedy. She will keep raising rent for even no reason. She gave us appointment for showing but when we went she had already somebody else for signup the lease while she kept us waiting outside for almost an hour. She was finalizing the apt lease inside but didn't even bother to just let us know that apt was taken. After an hour she just told us without even any apologize that apt was ...
taken and I couldn't believed of her rudeness. Looks likes this was used to be a MOTEL. Not even worth the HIGH PRICE
