Kicked me out mid Covid shut down
April 24, 2023The put a letter on my door the 2nd month of the shut down. I was one of the people that couldn’t work, however I paid my rent and the only time I was late was the first month and they were aware, I made sure to keep in contact. I paid my rent and when my lease was ready to renew they asked me in the office if I wanted to renew early and I told them I would think about it. A week later, they put a 30 day notice to leave and they would not renew my lease due to late payment. A late payment I had ...absolutely no control over and paid it as soon as the funds were available and made sure my rent was paid even with the “eviction protection” I then had to hire an attorney to fight this which bought me more time. Not sure if you’ve ever tried to lease another place with no active job, but it’s near impossible. After 2 months of actively searching and waiting to go back to my full time job I found a place to rent and moved out. I did a complete walk through there was no damage everything was in the shape I left it. A year later I get a charge on my credit from this complex. I contacted the office before I moved out and they refused to talk to me because I had an attorney involved. Not sure what the charge is but it’s not right. Not only did they kick me out in a stressful time when they couldn’t do so, they then charged me and they kept my deposit. I never received any communication of charges that were owed and my rent was current and paid. I didn’t want to move but I was forced out for literally no reasonProperty Manager Responded

Mediocre
February 11, 2020I don't even know where to begin. First, we lived here over three years. The first apartment we lived in wasn't bad, except the upstairs neighbors were VERY LOUD. Then we moved to a 2 bedroom in a different building, and everything was ok for a while.. now our apartment is seriously infested with roaches i mean INFESTED. We cant even cook. They are in our microwave, fridge, etc. Every time we cook we find one in our food so we had to stop cooking. Its seriously terrible. Its so disgusting. We ...also contracted bed bugs some how and we have NEVER had them before. I dread going home every day. We brought all of this to their attention, but they haven't done anything about it. Were moving out at the end of the month. They literally never come to fix anything we report. The location is good because it is close to everything but honestly, i'd rather have to commute then come home and snuggle up next to roaches. The place is seriously disgusting. It would be better if they actually TRIED but they just sit on their butts. So, maybe you'll have a good experience, but probably not. Go somewhere else and pay a little more. First time renter
May 14, 2019This was my first time renting. I came to timbers because it was within my budget and got alot more. The office staff truely care about their residents, always asking about my daughter and truely interested in her. The maitinence staff always take care of problems in a timely manner. My ac had some problems and was fixed right away. Shopping is close with Walmart, Kroger and restaurants just one street away. I have been here going on 3 years and hope to stay for a while. My neighbors are sweet ...and dont make alot of noise. Its quiet and I love it here.Property Manager Responded

April 14, 2018This complex is so nasty mold mice bed bugs robbery theft termites my family moved out alot vacant apartments very one is moving out of there . I have or off how bad this place is. Stay away from this place . the managers are two face liers .Property Manager Responded

Don’t Move Here
April 4, 2018The Timbers of pine Hollow are the worst apartments I ever lived in Infested with roaches nobody what traps and sprays you buy they won’t die they in the refrigerator,cabinets, in all my electrical devices You can’t get rid of them The management is horrible since I been here it has been 10 different women in the office they can’t keep anybody All they do is lie they don’t do the orders they say they forgot say they will call you back and don’t And the apartments is full of crackheads and drug ...dealers The walls are so thin you can hear everything the people above you across from you just horrible Don’t Move here PLEASE you will be wasting your moneyProperty Manager Responded

ROACHES!!!!!
April 3, 2018DO NOT MOVE HERE! The roaches are so bad, nothing I did helped. My appliances are infested now. The office staff is rude, they don’t care about you, all they want is your money. I didn’t feel safe here because of the people they let live here. Please stay away. The only reason that they have a few good reviews is because they do drawings if you make one. They are not true! First time renter
August 9, 2017This is my first time renting and I have to say its been a great experience. If something needs to be fixed they are quick to respond. It was quick to get approved and moved in. My daughter loves it here and was excited to get a new home.Property Manager Responded

Absolute Trash!!!!
January 9, 2017The apartments are infested with roaches and rodents on a biblical scale!! I have never seen such an infestation like this in all my life. Mice in the apartments! and not just my building, nearly everyone I met over there had some problem with mice. And then there's the rats that work in the office. They're sort of nice when you sign the lease then they are the most inconsiderate and unprofessional group of con-artists you could ever come across. The dumpsters are nearly always overflowing with ...trash, people doing drugs in the parking lot, robberies in the parking lot, electrical fires, nasty outdated appliances spray painted to hide the rust and roach droppings. Many of the apartments flood regularly. Mold is a big problem as well. There are many other decent places to live in the area for the same price, DON'T GET SWINDLED INTO LIVING AT THIS DUMP! If you do get use to listening to your neighbors arguments and music. Also, expect to be awoken in the middle of the night by one of the druggie microwave salespersons. I literally had a crack head knock on my door at 2:00 A.M. trying to sell a microwave. Management is aware of these problems and they seem to encourage it. Don't do it!!!!!!!!........Property Manager Responded

Nice Place..Great Area
August 27, 2015I've lived here for 2 years and have had so few problems that i could count them on one hand. The office staff is wonderful and more than happy to answer questions for you anytime. The maintenance people are prompt and friendly and the apartment is nice. Its really been a great place to live and its really close to alot of places to shop or eat. The only thing was the rent just increased more each time i renewed my lease whick sucked but ill say it was worth it.Property Manager Responded

close to everything
August 4, 2015I live and work in conroe and stay at timbers of pine hollow where it is always peaceful and quiet. Just off the freeway i can head south to houston north to dallas or west to austin! The shopping is astounding with malls and many of retail stores nearby.Property Manager Responded
