Full of lies
July 24, 2022We were excited to move in yesterday but the cigarette smoke issue I asked them to fix a few days before was still massively lingering in the air. I had an asthma attack and couldn’t even help my friends move stuff into the apartment. Only a few days before that were we even able to see the apartment, even though people were moved out the first week of July. I get having to clean the place but we went back 4 separate times to see what our place would look like, because they kept saying the ...cleaners are coming. Not to mention that they rushed us to get out before the rain, which seems understandable, but it was really to avoid seeing that the porch goes half underwater within 5 minutes of it raining. The only temperature is felt cool in there was 71, which they kept it at upon moving us in, and I put it to 74 (that’s the temp I put it at everywhere I move to say money) and everyone was sweating in there… needless to say, we packed up our stuff and returned our keys. It’s really sad because we were so excited but if the place looked even a little like the newly renovated front office or model apartment does, we would’ve stayed. That lingering smoke smell and the fact that the front office lady looked me straight in the eyes and said none of our team could smell anything was gross. All my friends could smell how bad it was. Anyways, it was a nice community at face value, gym was beautiful, so if you decide to live here just make sure you tour the place you’re going to live at before signing anything..Property Manager Responded

Apartment Living with Great Amenities
February 11, 2022Modern style apartment homes located right in the heart of Casselberry. Apartment living with all the best amenities including a 2- room fitness center, pool, BBQ area, indoor and outdoor event space, and dog wash area. The grounds are clean and surrounded by a fishable lake and small ponds. The apartments are super spacious and include up-to-date appliances accompanied by modern finish throughout the home. Keyless entry, internet and cable technology package, valet trash pickup, and package ...lockers are a real bonus. The office staff are extremely helpful and treat you like family. The maintenance team is quick and efficient with repairs and work super hard to maintain the property.Property Manager Responded
