Dont move here

January 22, 2019The apartments are beautiful. So great to be moving into an apartment that has never been lived in before. Everything brand new and never been used. Took a long, long time but then this is the Nashville area where getting inspections done in a timely fashion is a joke. The staff I have worked with have been great. I really think my waiting since last June is more than worth it. They weren't even finished building them when I applied so I knew there would be a wait.Reseña de Apartments.com
Taking forever
December 28, 2018Daughter filled out application Almost 2 months ago and paid $200 deposit. Still have heard nothing from them. Went in to talk to someone in office (who btw is hardly ever on site) two weeks ago and was told they finally sent it to corporate and it should only be a couple days and would call by Friday with answer. Never called and no one answers phone at office. Was told if she cancels before hearing if approved or not she loses the deposit. So they have been sitting on peoples money for 1 to 2 ...months with no answers from them. Emailed corporate and no answer from them either.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

Horrible business practices
September 16, 2018Initially they were suppose to be open by the end of July. July turned into mid August and no communication since then. They ask you to put a deposit on something you haven't veiwed yet. When I filled my application I was showed the property while under construction via Facebook from the office staff. It's been so long since I spoke to someone, I can't remember the lady's name who initially did my application. I thought this place was going to be 100% better than most properties. I'm now seeing ...they're on the flakiness bandwagon. I will be requesting for my deposit back. Can't trust this property management company.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Do not rent
September 14, 2018I filled out the app, gave the app fee, and security deposit. Emailed more documents since I was out of state. I was told it would be ready mid August, then early September. It’s now September 14 and for weeks almost a month, I can’t reach anyone by phone or email. I talked to the superintendent of the site he said late October. I’m staying with family with my child and pets bc I don’t have money to throw around for applications and deposits. All I wanted to know was when they were gonna be ready ...and if I got approved and I can’t get an answer. Obviously people have no idea how to communicate so maybe this isn’t such a great property to rent from. Will be contacting a lawyer.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Big Mistake!!!
August 30, 2018I filled out an app and waited for weeks for an approval. Finally i got tired of waiting and asked for my deposit back which they made me pay up front. Now they are telling me it will take up to 30 days because they already deposited my money for something i wasnt even approved for yet. These people are sketchy. Stay far away from this place. Btw if your reading this they wont be available until late October after i was told they would be available first week of September.Reseña de Apartments.com
