Save yourself the trouble

Living at Parc3400 has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve ever had. From day one, management has been unhelpful, dismissive, and consistently rude whenever we’ve needed assistance.
The biggest issue has been an active leak in our apartment that has now gone over two weeks without being properly fixed. Maintenance (including Elio and J) has come out multiple times, claimed the problem was resolved, and left. Yet we’re still emptying a bucket of water every single day because the ...
leak continues. It’s incredibly frustrating to be paying this much in rent while dealing with a problem that should have been addressed immediately.
Another major selling point when we toured was that all of the amenities required a key fob for access, giving the impression that they were private and secure for residents. In reality, anyone can walk in through the pedestrian gates or access the building through the stairwells, making it incredibly easy for non-residents to enter the property and use the amenities. The security that was advertised simply doesn’t exist.
To make matters worse, I’ve also had packages stolen, and management’s response was essentially to shrug it off and act like it wasn’t their problem. There was no concern, no effort to help, and no sense of accountability.
The problems don’t stop there:
* The elevators are constantly out of service.
* The parking gates are frequently broken.
* The hallways are dirty and poorly maintained.
* It’s advertised as a smoke-free community, yet I regularly smell cigarette and marijuana smoke throughout the property from other residents.
The apartments themselves simply aren’t worth the premium rent. Everything feels old, worn out, and constantly in need of repair.
Our new neighbor moved out after only a month because they couldn’t stand living here anymore, and honestly, I don’t blame them.
If you’re considering Parc3400, take this as a warning. There are far better apartments in the area where you’ll get better management, better maintenance, better security, and far more value for your money. Between the unresolved maintenance issues, poor communication, lack of security, stolen packages, and complete lack of accountability, this has been an incredibly disappointing place to live. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
