August 2, 2023 - Reseña de Apartments.comDO NOT BUY OR RENT!!!! You will be making the worst decision of your life. Just 100 yards from the end of the runway 24 at Flagler County Airport. The single engine and twin-turbo prop planes have saturated the skies and everyday you'll hear unnerving noise from the same outdated planes. The pilots from Embry Riddle and Phoenix East Aviation and others fly around the airspace in circles, using the airport as a playground. The planes dump highly toxic soot and char and other aerosols which land ...on everything. The problem is exacerbated by the landscapers who blast everything in site, your vehicle, and even your kids. Forget about growing plants, fruits, or veggies on your patio, they'll die within a month. Forget about swimming in the pool area. Completely toxic. This is just the tip of the iceberg of the problems at Palm Pointe. Stay away. The rentals are poorly managed, and home owners pay upwards of $350 a month for absolutely nothing. Be smart and don't subject your health to self-privileged, self-righteous pilots who get into their planes as early as 0638 and as late as 2230 hrs. You'll definitely regret it.Leer Más
Terrible management
March 17, 2023 - Reseña de Apartments.comI've been living at this complex for 3 years now and management is worse and worse every year , current situation i've been notifying the owner of my building about an issue with my water heater and this is been going on for over a month now and nobody seems to care. I am currently moving out of this building and hopefully I get my deposit back which i doubt it. Please dont move to this place is not worse it.

July 22, 2015 - Reseña de Apartments.comMy partner and I reside in the second floor apartment of the Palm Point community and we absolutely love it! Not only is our apartment all hard wood flooring but our view is of a huge lake between the forest. Step outside onto our patio and you might catch a glimpse of the neighborhood Hawk we named Arrow. Aside from the relaxing view, we have a community pool that is usually filled with families and kids just enjoying life
