December 2, 2017 - Reseña de Apartments.comThis place is a JOKE. Recently we got notices that we will have to pay for water and even more trash fees. I have been renting for 10 years and I have never heard of being charged for water?! The only time paying water is when you own a home...it makes no sense. It's true insanity. On top of that your rent gets raised every year you live here. YEAH. They charge you 150 more when you renew your lease. How do they even make sense of that in their minds? It makes my family extremely stressed out ...knowing that our rent will be raised for absolutely no reason. This place takes complete advantage of families trying to live here in Kendall. I am extremely disappointed in the uncalled for and excessive charges being places on the residents. Do NOT move here. September 16, 2017 - Reseña de Apartments.comIve been here for a few months now and I really enjoy the location and how reasonable the pricing is. You cant find a better price anywhere in Kendall. Since I've been here, I've had a few hick-ups with minor things. But the office staff and maintenance staff work really well together to make sure all my issues were resolved in a timely manner. there was a time that I had a surprise water leak and Jessica made sure it was fixed within the same day. About 30 minutes after the leak was fixed, a ...maintenance employee made sure nothing was damaged and did a quality inspection. He re-assured that everything was ok which made me feel a lot better. To me, Good customer service means helping customers/residents efficiently, in a friendly manner. It's one of the things that can set a business apart from the other competition. Terrible experience
May 20, 2017 - Reseña de Apartments.comStay away from this place!!! I lived here for a year... My first apartment, they refused to give me a parking space for a whole year all because my car was not under my name, they "claim" it's on the contract. I called the office and explained to them that I was scared as a single girl walking to my apartment every night from the guest parking space and the staff was so rude and disrespectful. Maria in the front desk always had a bad attitude. Finally after a year when I decided to get out of ...this place I put my monthly rent cashiers check in their drop box and they call me a week later telling me I had not paid... Long story short I reported the cashiers check with western union and it ended up that someone from their office was stealing people's checks!!!! To top it off they sent me to collections for $300 in damages all because they had to use my deposit as that months rent all while their staff was stealing tenants rent checks!!!! Worst experience of my life, I would never live here again nor do I recommend this place to anyone!!!!! And I will make sure to let everyone know!Leer MásProperty Manager Responded

April 12, 2016 - Reseña de Apartments.comI have lived here for 4 years already and have seen the changes especially in the maintenance team. Before, I would get an issue resolved that did not require immediate attention within 72 hours max and an urgent issue resolved in a day. Now, I have to keep calling to remind them or they never come out. Every time I call all I get is "We haven't forgotten about you, they will be out to your apartment soon". Recently Ive had to put several requests in for my dryer as it was not drying at all, and ...there is condensation happening in the closet causing mold. They came and fixed the dryer and "killed" the mold days later after I called and then went in person to remind them. However, they completely ignored the fact that when the neighbor does their laundry, my entire house smells like laundry and when you open the dryer, it is completely went and hot (condensation issue!) This is not normal, and I am still waiting for them to come and fix this! Another thing is I called in an "emergency maintenance" request as my AC was leaking non-stop and I had puddles on my floor. I did not receive a call back, and they are supposed to respond as it is an emergency. I had to turn off my AC and go out and buy a fan to put in my 16 month old baby's room as he was sweating from the heat! This is ridiculous. No Baby should have to suffer and sweat all night because of the issue not be attended to. And a tenant should not have to go out and purchase a fan because there are no fans in the rooms and no one ever called back to come and take a look at the issue. There are maintenance workers who live on site, for crying out loud. Management needs to work on improving maintenance as these issues affect our daily lives and we are the ones who have to suffer.Leer Más

First off good luck finding parking because there is nooooooooo parking unless you live on the other side of the complex. As for my self i live in one of the first buildings that is cornered by other bulidings with parking only on the street path. Now for the inside of the apartment, there is no installed fans (probably because the ceiling leaks), which is a bummer ...because the AC sucks! I have no idea why but it doesnt even feel like its working, when i first moved in there was ICE frozen on the vent part of the AC. They tell you new appliacnces but there not, just maybe new for them. The bathtub in this places are digusting, all they do is paint over the nastiness leaving it with this weird bumpy texture. All in all if i would have known this before i moved in, then i wouldve payed more not to deal with this. Youve been warned.Leer Más

Units have terrible seals causing a/c to be wasted, and insects to enter freely, the lock to the backdoor doesn't work at all. Terrible parking situation, most parking spaces are entirely too small causing everyone to double park and if your improperly parked your vehicle will be towed without warning or proper signs posted. Staff is smug, will talk down to you, and not helpful at al. Maintenance will come in a timely manner, ...however does nothing to fix your problem. Most appliances are rigged to work and barely do at all. When you ask the maintenance staff to fix your problem the problem lies with you because "it works fine". Terrible experience, please avoid Palmetto Place at all cost it has given me nothing but headaches for the year i wa bound to them.Leer Más

If something breaks in my apartment they come and fix it within hours always the same day and they replace the equipment if is broken completely. Pool is in a very good condition and they keep the area clean all the time. Parking can be challenge sometimes but we live in Miami so is not a big deal. Security all night and they are very helpful and friendly.
